- Download and install the official app that corresponds with your smart watch model on your phone.

- Make sure that the smart watch has not been linked directly through Bluetooth to your phone. If so, unlink it.

Note for Apple phone users: If the phone is in standby or hibernation state for a long time (e.g., 2 hours or more, not used, black screen state), the APP may be cleaned up by the iOS system, causing disconnection. Re-opening the app will automatically reconnect.
Note for Android phone users: After installing the APP, enable background application launch permission in your phone's settings. For example, on Huawei phones: Settings > Application > Application Launch Management > Official APP Sport > change to manual management > allow Auto-launch, Secondary launch, Run in background. This ensures the Bluetooth connection is maintained when the phone is in standby mode.

- For Android users: click on "Pair new device" and select the model that corresponds with your smart watch. The QR code scanner will open.

4. Precautions
- Only one smartwatch pairing application should be installed on the phone for normal connection. Multiple applications can affect the connection.
- When the mobile phone requests permissions, click "Allow". Denying permissions may prevent receiving notifications, scanning QR codes, using remote camera, or other functions. These permissions do not affect phone operation or data flow.
- Some Android phones may close apps when cleaning. Keep the official app running in the background.
- Heart rate monitoring requires contact between the watch and arm. The watch should not be too tight (affects blood flow) or too loose (affects sensor monitoring).
- Avoid hitting the smartwatch, as it could break the glass.
- Use 5V, 1A for charging. Fast charging is not supported. Do not charge if the watch has water or sweat to prevent short circuits and damage.
- This product is an electronic monitoring product, not for medical reference.
Note: Some Android phones may prompt that installation is not allowed. Go to phone 'settings' and authorize 'Unknown source'.
Android phone settings (background running): Go to phone settings > application management > Official APP > Rights management > Backstage management > select background running. (Settings may vary by phone model/version).
5. Troubleshooting
If problems occur, follow these steps. If unresolved, contact the seller or designated maintenance personnel.
5.1 The watch cannot be turned on:
- Press the display touch area for over 3 seconds.
- Ensure there is enough battery. Charge if power is low.
- If the smartwatch has not been used for a long time and the normal charger doesn't respond, try charging with a 5V/1A output power.
5.2 It shuts down automatically:
- Battery power may be too low; please charge it.
5.3 Short battery life:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged (at least 2 hours required).
- Charger or data cable may be faulty; replace them.
- Check the data cable port and try again to ensure a proper connection.
5.4 Bluetooth disconnects or unable to connect:
- Please restart the watch.
- Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile phone and then turn it back on to reconnect.
5.5 Inaccurate sleep data:
The sleep monitor mimics natural sleep patterns. Use the smartwatch during the day. Using it only during sleep or going to bed late may cause deviations. Sleep data may not be generated if you go to bed during the day, as the default sleep time is set between 9:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.
