2. Product Diagram
The product includes the EarFun Free Pro earbuds (Left 'L' and Right 'R') and a charging case. The earbuds feature a touch multifunction control, LED indicator, and microphone. The charging case has a USB-C charging port, charging dock, and a charging case indicator.

3. Charging
To activate the LED battery indicator, open or close the charging case. For first-time use, remove the protective film from the earbuds. Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before initial use. Ensure the charging case is closed for the earbuds to charge. Always dry the earbuds and the USB port before charging.
LED Indicator Status (Charging Case):
- Green: Battery level > 30%
- Orange: Battery level < 30%
- Red: Battery level < 10%
- Red flash: Battery level < 5% (Please charge)
Charging Methods:
- Use a wireless charging pad (not included).
- Connect the USB-C cable for charging.
Cable Charging Status:
- Red indicator: Charging
- Green indicator: Charging complete

5. How to Fit
Note: If the earbuds are not worn correctly, it may affect the noise cancelling effect.
Follow these steps for a proper fit:
- Choose the ear tips and ear hook that fit you best. If you find ear hooks uncomfortable, try using them without the wing.
- Identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.
- Insert the earbuds into the canal of your ears, ensuring the ear hook is also placed in the upper canal.
- Adjust the earbuds to find the most comfortable position.
6. Pairing Your Earbuds
1. First-time pairing with device
Step 1: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
Step 2: Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices.
Step 3: Select “EarFun Free Pro” from the list of available Bluetooth devices. (If a password is required, enter '0000').
Notes:
- The earbuds will automatically connect to the device they were last paired with when the case is opened.
- Each earbud can be used independently.
2. Connect to a New Device
Option A
Step 1: Unpair the earbuds from the currently connected Bluetooth device. The earbuds will disconnect and enter pairing mode for another pair.
Step 2: Search for the new device and connect.
Option B
Step 1: Ensure the earbuds are powered on. Touch and hold both earbud buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds until they flash blue light, indicating they have entered pairing mode.

7. Functions
Power on/off
Power on: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
Power off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will automatically power off.
Playing music
- Play/Pause: Tap twice on either earbud (L/R) ▶️/⏸️
- Next track: Tap three times on the right earbud (R) ⏭️
Volume Control
- Volume up: Tap once on the right earbud (R) ?⬆️
- Volume down: Tap once on the left earbud (L) ?⬇️
Hands-free conversation
- Answer/End a call: Tap twice on either earbud (L/R) ?
- Reject a call: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on either earbud (L/R)
- Answer and transfer two calls: Tap three times on either earbud (L/R) ?➡️
Activate the voice assistant
- Voice assistant: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the right earbud (R) ?
Noise cancelling control
Cycle through modes by tapping the left earbud (L) three times:
- Noise cancelling
- Ambient sound
- Normal
Low Latency control
- Low Latency ON/OFF: Tap and hold for 2 seconds on the left earbud (L)
Notes on Low Latency:
- Turning on low latency mode provides latency within 100ms, improving movie and video experiences, but it may shorten the connection distance. It is recommended to turn off low latency mode when listening to music.
- The normal mode provides latency of approximately 200ms.
- Bluetooth technology cannot eliminate latency.

9. Reset and Reconnecting
If you experience issues building a connection between the two earbuds, or between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device, please try the following steps:
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Keep the charging case open. Touch and hold the button on each earbud simultaneously for at least 10 seconds until they flash purple, indicating the earbuds have been reset successfully.
- On your Bluetooth device, delete the old connection for "EarFun Free Pro" and then reconnect the earbuds.
10. Troubleshooting
- Q: Can I use both earphones separately?
- A: Yes, each earbud can be used independently.
- Q: The earphones are turning on, but they don't connect to my device?
- A: To connect the earbuds to your device, please first check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Then, select 'EarFun Free Pro' from the Bluetooth list to get paired. If the earbuds still cannot connect, please try to reset them or contact customer support.
- Q: Why is the connection unstable and cuts out intermittently?
- A: Please ensure there are no objects between the earphones and your Bluetooth device, and check for any radio or WIFI interference nearby.
- Q: What is the range of Bluetooth earphones?
- A: Bluetooth earphones have a maximum range of 49 feet (15m) without obstacles. However, the actual range will depend on usage and environment.
- Q: Is there volume control on the earphones?
- A: Yes, tapping the left earbud (L) once decreases the volume, and tapping the right earbud (R) once increases the volume.
- Q: My earphones will not switch on.
- A: Please recharge them and ensure they have enough battery power. If they are fully charged and still nothing happens, or if you are unable to charge the unit, please contact customer support for warranty coverage.
- Q: Is the charging case waterproof?
- A: No, the earbuds are IPX5 sweat & waterproof, but the charging case is not waterproof.
- Q: Will the earbuds shut off automatically?
- A: The earbuds will remain on as long as they are connected to a device. If no audio is in use, they will enter power-saving mode and wake up once audio is played. If the earbuds are not connected with any devices, they will automatically shut off in 30 minutes.
