Product Overview

  • 1. +: Press to increase volume level. Double click to play next song.
  • 2. ||: Press and hold to turn headphone on/off. Press to answer an incoming call or pause song.
  • 3. -: Press to decrease volume level. Double click to play previous song.
  • 4. LED Indicator: Flashes white/green when in pairing mode. Turns off when successfully paired. Lights up green during charging and turns off when fully charged.
  • 5. USB Charging Port: Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the port and the other end to a power source.
  • 6. AUX Port: Connect the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to the port and the other end to your audio device for music playback.

Operation

Power on and pair with a Bluetooth Device

Press and hold the || button on the headphone. The LED status indicator will flash white/green, indicating it is ready to pair with a Bluetooth device. Turn your smartphone's Bluetooth on and select "PT-WH008" on the list of available devices. Once successful, you will hear a notification sound and the LED status indicator will turn off. Music from your smartphone will now be played through the headphones.

  • Press the - button to decrease volume level. Double click to play previous song.

Bluetooth Call and Voice Assistant Function

Once successfully connected to your smartphone, you can answer/reject incoming phone calls. Press the || button to answer an incoming call. Press and hold the || button to reject the call.

  • Press the - button to decrease volume level.
  • Press the + button to increase volume level.
  • You can also press and hold the || button on the headphone for 2 seconds to command Siri or Google Assistant of your smartphone.

AUX Mode

Connect the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port of the headphones and the other end to your audio device. The headphone will automatically switch to AUX mode and power off.

Power Off and Charging

When the battery is low, a voice prompt will be heard. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port and the other end to a USB power source. The LED status indicator will light up green during charging and turn off when fully charged. Press and hold the || button to power off the headphones. If not paired with a Bluetooth device, it will automatically power off after 5 minutes.

Headphone not charging

Cannot connect to smartphone
  • Ensure headphone is on before pairing.
  • Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Please power off headphones and start again.

Keep the headphones out of ears until you have turned down the volume. Test this by playing the music and holding the headphones near (but not IN) your ear, as you turn the volume down. Once the volume is turned down, you can place the headphones onto ears and gradually increase the volume to the desired level.
  • Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.
  • To prevent environmental factors (dampness, dust, food, liquid etc.) harming the device, only use it in a well-ventilated, clean and dry environment, away from excessive heat or moisture.
  • Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • In case of damage, do not disassemble, repair or modify the product yourself. Contact After Sales Support for advice on repair or replacement, or refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
  • Do not put any object on top of the product.
  • Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
  • This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Do not expose the product to microwaves.

Packaging Disposal

Headphone Disposal

Battery Disposal
