Important Information

Please read this manual and pay attention to the safety warnings before using the product. Keep the manual for future reference or if passing the product to a third party. DATAplus Supplies Inc. is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper use.

Safety Rules

• Avoid listening at excessively loud volumes for prolonged periods to prevent permanent hearing damage. Listen at a moderate volume.
• Be aware that audio alerts, warnings, and environmental noises may sound different.
• Do not use the product while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or in situations where awareness of surroundings is critical. Observe local laws and regulations.
• To prevent malfunction or damage, avoid accidental falls, crushing, puncturing, or applying high pressure.
• Keep the product away from moisture, water, and other liquids.
• Do not store or expose the product to heat sources, direct sunlight, radiators, stoves, or car dashboards in summer.
• Do not attempt to modify, repair, or disassemble the product.
• Do not use a damaged product.
• Never use aggressive detergents, alcohol, or chemical solutions for cleaning.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
• The product contains no serviceable parts. Never open or disassemble it.
• Keep the product out of reach of children.
• Never allow children or individuals with disabilities to use electrical products unsupervised.
• Ensure children do not play with plastic wrap to avoid choking hazards.
• Ensure children do not remove small parts from the product.

Charging

First Use: Charge the battery to maximum capacity.

Charging the Case: Plug the charging cable into the product's charging port. A flashing red light at the bottom of the charging box indicates charging is in progress. A solid red light means the charging box is fully charged.

Charging the Earphones: Place the earphones inside the charging box. A red light will illuminate on each earphone. After full charge, the light turns green for 30 seconds and then turns off.

Pairing

When the case is opened, the earphones turn on automatically. They must be connected to a device within 3 minutes, or they will enter power-saving mode. To re-activate pairing mode, place earphones back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, and reopen.

Activate Bluetooth® on your device, search for 'PANTONE TWS1', select it, and connect. You will hear a confirmation sound upon successful pairing.

Automatic Reconnection

Once paired, the earphones will automatically reconnect to your device when Bluetooth® is active and within range.

Reset

1. Remove the earphones from the charging box.
2. Simultaneously four-click the MFB (Multi-Function Button) on both earphones when they are not connected to any devices. A red and green light indicates the reset is complete.

MONO / STEREO Operation

You can use a single earphone (MONO) for music or calls. To switch to stereo mode, remove the second earphone. To return to MONO, place one earphone back in the charging box.

Multifunction Buttons

Left Earphone

• Single Click: PLAY/PAUSE, ANSWER/END CALL
• Double Click: PREVIOUS TRACK
• Long Press: REJECT CALL
• Triple Click: VOLUME -

Right Earphone

• Single Click: PLAY/PAUSE, ANSWER/END CALL
• Double Click: NEXT TRACK
• Long Press: REJECT CALL
• Triple Click: VOLUME +
• Long Press (after double click): VOCAL ASSISTANT

Automatic Shutdown

1. If connected to a device, the earphones will automatically turn off 3 minutes after the Bluetooth® connection is disconnected.
2. If not connected to a phone when the red and green lights flash, the earphones will automatically turn off in 3 minutes.

Pairing Between Left and Right Earphones

If the connection between the left and right earphones is lost:

1. Place both earphones back into the charging box, close it, and wait a few seconds before reopening. They should reconnect automatically.
2. If the above does not work, disconnect the earphones from your device, wait a few minutes, then reconnect them (ensure they are in the charging box). Both procedures require the charging box to have sufficient charge.
3. Refer to the reset method.

Maintenance

• Do not use abrasive solvents for cleaning.
• Do not use sharp objects that could scratch or damage the product.
• Keep the product away from high temperatures, dust, and humidity.

The crossed-out bin symbol indicates that the product, including its non-removable battery, must be collected separately for proper treatment and recycling at the end of its life. Safe use is guaranteed by following these instructions. Never disassemble the product. The integrated battery should only be removed by qualified professionals. Dispose of the equipment responsibly according to applicable laws and local collection centers for electronic waste. Illegal disposal may result in penalties.
