7. MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your electric scooter.
Cleaning and Storage:
If the scooter is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive solvents, as they can damage the scooter's appearance and structure. Avoid using a pressure washer, as it may damage the electronics.
Adjusting Disc Brakes:
Check the front and rear disc brakes regularly for proper adjustment. A hex key (included) is required.
- If a disc brake is dragging, slide the clamp arm backward along the cable while holding the cable. Retighten the bolt on the brake clamp.
- If a disc brake is not working efficiently (slack cable), slide the clamp arm forward along the cable while holding the cable. Retighten the bolt on the brake cable clamp.
Notice: Disc brakes may squeak during initial use until they are broken in. This is normal and does not affect performance.
Tires:
If tire pressure is low, inflate to the recommended PSI (36 PSI) indicated on the tire's sidewall.
Storage:
When not in use, store the scooter in a dry, cool place. Avoid outdoor storage, as sun exposure can damage its appearance and wear down the battery and tires. Prolonged exposure to UV rays and rain may damage enclosed materials.

- Only use the approved power adapter for charging. Using other adapters may pose a fire risk or damage the equipment.
- Improper disposal of used batteries can pollute the environment. Comply with local disposal regulations.
