Intended Use and Ambient Conditions
This TV is for rendering video/audio signals, table-top or wall-mounted, in a home/office environment. It is not for high humidity or dust. Warranty is valid only if used as intended. WARNING: High humidity/dust can lead to current leaks. Do not expose to rain, moisture, or liquids. Do not touch with wet hands. Keep away from direct air-conditioning, candles, or naked flames. If moved from cold to hot, switch off for an hour to prevent condensation. If anything unusual occurs, unplug immediately. For fire, use CO2 or powder extinguisher; if unavailable, isolate electrical supply before using water.
WARNING (TV Falling)
Many injuries, especially to children, can be avoided by precautions: ALWAYS use manufacturer-recommended cabinets/stands/mounting methods. ALWAYS use furniture that can safely support the TV. ALWAYS ensure the TV is not overhanging the edge. ALWAYS educate children about climbing dangers. ALWAYS route cords to prevent tripping. NEVER place the TV in an unstable location. NEVER place on tall furniture without anchoring. NEVER place on cloth between TV and furniture. NEVER place tempting items for children on top. Same considerations apply if relocating.
Moving/Transportation
Disconnect all cables. Move in vertical position only. Grasp upper/lower edges. Do not press/stress front panel. Two or more people for larger TVs. If laying down briefly, place entire front surface on soft material. The LED screen is glass and can break; wear rubber gloves. If damaged, liquid crystal may leak. In case of skin contact, rinse with water.
Power Supply
Incorrect voltages can damage the TV. Connect to supply with correct voltage/frequency using the supplied power cable. The power plug must be easily accessible for disconnection. The unit is live in standby. Recommended for dedicated circuit. Do not overload outlets (danger of shock/fire). After power off, wait 5 seconds before turning on again; frequent switching can cause abnormal operation.
Power Plug and Power Cable
Do not touch plug with wet hands. Do not place heavy objects on cable. Route cable to avoid kinks, sharp edges, being walked on, or exposure to chemicals. Damaged insulation can cause shock/fire. Pull plug by the plug, NOT the cable. Do not place cable near high temperature objects. Do not move TV with cable plugged in. Do not use damaged/loose cable or socket. Use only supplied power cords. The main plug serves as the disconnect device and must be easily accessible.
Set-up
Check location can bear TV load. Place on level, sturdy, horizontal base. Ensure unit does not hang over edge. Use caution on carts. Place in normal upright horizontal position; never operate vertically, lying flat, or hanging overhead. Place away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Air Ventilation and High Temperatures
Install with proper ventilation. Ensure at least 10 cm free space on sides and 20 cm above for air circulation. Excessive heat/obstruction can lead to fire or component failure. Do not block ventilation openings (newspapers, tablecloths, curtains). Do not dry clothing on top. Avoid touching hot ventilation openings. Do not insert foreign objects into vents. Prevent small items from entering through slots (may cause short circuits/fire). If something gets inside, unplug and contact service.
The Stand
Use only the supplied stand. Do not modify or use if warped/damaged. Ensure all screws are securely tightened during setup. Ensure TV does not suffer impact during attachment. Ensure children do not climb onto the stand. Attach/remove stand with at least two people.
The LED Screen
Despite care, sub-pixel defects may occur (not a defect per guarantee) and will not affect performance. To prevent "image burn", avoid displaying still images for long periods. Aspect ratio 4:3 for long periods may cause burn-in on black areas. Image burn is not covered by warranty. Do not apply strong force or impact on the display panel. Avoid touching the LED screen for long periods; may cause temporary distortion.
Radio Waves
Do not use in medical institutions or with medical equipment (may interfere). Do not use near automatic control equipment (doors, fire alarms) (may interfere). If you have a cardiac pacemaker, maintain at least 22 cm distance.
Built-in Wireless LAN
Do not connect to networks without usage rights. Data may be intercepted. Uses 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Keep TV away from other wireless devices (microwaves, mobile phones) to avoid interference.
Warning about Off-gassing
New materials can release chemicals. A slight smell may be noticed initially due to heating. Materials meet environmental requirements.
Supervision
Do not let children play unsupervised near TV (tipping risk). Do not leave TV running unattended.
Volume
Loud music/noises can cause irreversible ear damage. Avoid extreme volume, especially with headphones. If you hear drumming, reduce volume or stop using headphones.
Thunder Storms
During thunderstorms, pull out power plug and antenna cables. Overvoltage from lightning can damage TV via antenna system or wall socket.
Long Periods of Absence
TV consumes power in standby when plugged in. Disconnect power plug and antenna cables during long absences.
Cleaning and Care
CAUTION: Unplug power cord before cleaning. Clean TV, screen, remote with soft, moist, clean, colour-natural cloth only. No chemicals. Do not expose surfaces to insect repellent, solvent, thinner, etc. (degrades quality). Do not spray water or liquids directly on TV. Display panel is treated and easily damaged; avoid scratching with fingernails or hard objects. Wipe power plug with dry cloth periodically.
Service/Repair
Never remove cover/back. No user-serviceable parts. Refer all service to qualified personnel.
Packaging
Keep anti-moisture materials and plastic bags away from children (suffocation risk). Anti-moisture material is harmful if swallowed.
Modification
Do not attempt to modify. Unauthorized modification voids warranty, can cause electric shock/fires.
Remote Control Batteries
Incorrect installation can cause leakage, corrosion, explosion. Replace only with same/equivalent type. Do not mix old/new or different battery types. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not burn or break batteries. Dispose correctly. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat.
Outdoor Antenna Grounding
If using outdoor antenna, ensure system is protected against surge and static charges.
Disposal
Refer to recycling section of manual.
