Motherboard Layout

Installation Steps
Step 1: Install the CPU
Follow the diagrams to correctly install the CPU into the socket.
- Ensure the CPU orientation matches the socket markings.
- Gently lower the CPU into the socket.
- Secure the CPU with the retention mechanism.
Step 2: Install the CPU fan
Install the CPU cooler according to the provided diagrams (Type 1 and Type 2). Ensure proper mounting and connection of the fan.
NOTE: Remove the screws and the retention module only. Do not remove the plate on the bottom.
Step 3: Install memory modules
Insert the memory modules into the DIMM slots. Ensure they are fully seated and the clips lock into place.
- Refer to the diagram for correct DIMM slot population (e.g., DIMM_A2, DIMM_B2 for dual-channel).
Step 4: Install storage devices
Install storage devices like M.2 SSDs or SATA drives. For M.2 installation, refer to the user guide.
Step 5: Install expansion card(s)
Install expansion cards (e.g., graphics cards, network cards) into the appropriate PCIe slots.
Step 6: Install the system panel connector
Connect the system panel connectors (power switch, reset switch, LEDs) to the motherboard headers as indicated.
The diagram shows the front panel connectors like HDD LED, RESET SW, and PLED.
Step 7: Install ATX power connectors
Connect the main ATX power supply connectors to the motherboard. This includes the 24-pin ATX power connector and the 4/8-pin CPU power connector.
Diagrams show the connection of ATX power connectors.
Step 8: Connect input/output devices
Connect your keyboard, mouse, monitor, and other peripherals to the rear I/O ports.

Step 9: Power on the system and install operating system and drivers
Turn on the system and proceed with installing your operating system and necessary drivers from the manufacturer's website or provided media.
