Subject: Retirement of Invitrogen™ Neon™ Transfection System Instrument
Dear Valued Customer,
As you are aware, we recently launched the Neon NxT Electroporation System, the next generation of the Neon Transfection System. After careful consideration, we will be discontinuing the Invitrogen Neon Transfection System Instrument effective July 31, 2023, or while supplies last. Invitrogen Neon Transfection kits and accessories (Cat. No. MPK1025, MPK10025, MPK1096, MPK10096, MPP100, MPS100, MPT100) will not be discontinued and will continue to be available for sale. Service and Support for the Neon Transfection System will continue until December 31, 2025, or until spare parts are exhausted.
We encourage you to consider upgrading to our improved Invitrogen Neon NxT Electroporation System, which leverages the same technology, performing equivalently or better. Please visit the Neon NxT webpage and reference the Neon NxT Brochure for comparison data and more information.
