Assembly Steps

The following steps guide you through assembling the Playmobil 6309 Tanker Wagon.

Step 1: Identify Components

Begin by identifying the main components of the tanker wagon:

The black wagon base with wheels.
The red tanker body, featuring the "VULCANO ABC" label.
The top platform with railings.
The yellow side rails and detailing pieces.

Key part numbers visible in this stage include 30 08 7540 and 30 81 2663.

Step 2: Attach Ladder and Hose

Attach the ladder (part number 30 03 7340) to the side of the red tanker body. Connect the hose assembly (part number 30 08 7240) to the tanker's valve mechanism.

Step 3: Add Further Details

Attach a second hose assembly (part number 30 03 8390) to the tanker. Also, attach a lamp or light fixture (part number 30 03 8380) and a signal light (part number 30 88 1620) to the appropriate locations on the tanker.

Step 4: Install Side Rails

Attach the yellow side rails (part number 547 2163-4) and other side detailing pieces to the wagon chassis. Close-up diagrams indicate the precise connection points for these parts.

Step 5: Filling the Tanker

The tanker is designed to be filled with water. Use clean tap water. After playing, ensure the toy is dried thoroughly.
