This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the Wood & Hearts Large Climbing Set, designed for children's indoor activity games to promote physical development, self-sufficiency, and creative thinking.
Scope of Application
The set includes a large triangle, a ramp, and an arch, intended for indoor use only. It is suitable for children aged 2 to 8 years and has a maximum load capacity of 60 kg (132 lbs).
Terms of Use
- Before assembly, verify the completeness of the set and notify the manufacturer of any missing parts via the provided email address.
- For indoor use only.
- The product has no expiration term, but replace any damaged parts immediately.
- 2-year warranty.

- Warranty does not cover damage from weather conditions as the product is for indoor use only.

Safety Measures ⚠️
- Assembly must be performed by an adult. Improper assembly can lead to instability and unsafety.
- The disassembled product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. Ensure all screws and fastenings are securely tightened after assembly and keep spare screws out of children's reach.
- Use only under direct adult supervision. Never leave children unattended with the product.
- Tighten screws every 2 months and regularly check for signs of wear. Discontinue use immediately if any damage is observed.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit. Limit the number of children using the climber at one time based on its recommended weight limit, size, and design to ensure stability and prevent overcrowding.
- Do not use on uneven or hard floors.
- Do not use if the product has visible damage or is positioned abnormally.
- Do not use on wet or contaminated floors.
- Ensure the climber is placed at least 2 meters away from hazards such as windows, sharp corners, or hard furniture. The surrounding area should be clear and safe.
- Do not place the product near heat sources or direct sunlight.
- Avoid modifying the ladder or adding homemade extensions unless their safety and compatibility are certain, as modifications can affect stability and safety.
- Ensure children wear appropriate footwear with good grip to prevent slips and falls.
- Do not allow children to climb onto the upper rail of the triangle.
- To ensure stability and prevent tipping, securely anchor the triangle and arch structures to the floor using the provided anchors.
Care and Maintenance ⚙️
- Clean the item by wiping it with a damp cloth or wet wipes.
- Avoid excessive moisture, as water can penetrate seams or microcracks and damage the wood. Wipe dry immediately if spills occur.
- Do not use abrasive sponges, aggressive detergents, alcohol, or acetone.
- Do not leave the product outdoors or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces).
- Scuffs or fading can be restored by reapplying a layer of varnish or paint using the same water-based product. Clean and lightly sand the surface before recoating.
- If the product is not used for an extended period, store it in a dry room with moderate humidity (40-60%). Avoid storage in damp or uninsulated areas.
Assembly Instructions
Triangle Assembly
Parts List:

Steps:
- Take the short sidewall (2). Insert the round head screw (b) with a metal washer into the hole and screw it into the long rod (3).
- Screw 5 flat head screws (a) into the long rods (3) of the short sidewall.
- Repeat the process for the long sidewall (1), ensuring the letters L and R on the connectors (4, 5) face inwards. Do not fully tighten screws (a) on the connectors (4, 5) at this stage.
- Fasten the remaining rods (3) using screws (a).
- Place the short assembled ladder onto the long assembled ladder, aligning the protruding screws (b) with the special holes.
- Insert the screw heads (b) into the special holes.
- Tighten all screws after assembly.
- Use the level controller (6) to adjust the triangle's position.
- To fix the triangle in an unfolded position and prevent tipping, use the corners (e) and dowels (f) as shown in the diagram.
Arch Assembly

Steps:
- Screw both arch sidewalls (1) to the short rods (2) using screws (a) and the 4 mm hex key (b).
- To prevent tipping, use the corners (c) and dowels (d) as shown in the diagram.
Ramp Assembly

Steps:
- Screw the hooks (2) to the ramp (1) using the confirmat screws (a).
- Tighten with the 3 mm hex key (b).

Accessories such as tents for the triangle and arch, and cushions for the arch, are available separately.
Care Instructions for Textiles (Tents/Cushions) ?
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle.
- Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
- Air dry and reshape if needed.
- Adult supervision required at all times.
- For indoor use only.
- Keep away from fire and open heat sources.
- Store textiles in a dry area when not in use to prevent moisture accumulation.
