§ 1 General / Organizer

The organizer of this contest is Novy Deutschland GmbH. By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

§ 2 Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to professional visitors of the area30 fair who correctly answer the questions at the booth via the QR code form. Employees of Novy and their relatives are excluded. Minimum age: 18 years.

§ 3 Participation & Duration

Participation is free of charge, without purchase obligation, and only possible by scanning the QR code and completing the online form. Each person may participate only once per day. The contest takes place exclusively at the Novy booth during official opening hours of area30.

§ 4 Prize & Draw

One winner per day will be selected. The prize is a gesture-controlled design lamp Novy Wall. The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries. Any tax obligations arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

§ 5 Winner Notification & Acceptance

The winner will be contacted by e-mail or telephone after the fair. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the right to the prize expires and a new draw may take place.

§ 6 Data Protection

Personal data (name, email address, telephone number) will be used for the organization of the competition and automatically processed for marketing and newsletter purposes once the participant clicks “Submit.” This data is not visible to other participants and will not be shared with third parties. If the participant does not wish this, they may unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" option on the page. In that case, the data will be deleted after participation. § 7 Exclusion / Revocation

In case of violations of these conditions, false information, or manipulation, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants and reclaim prizes.

§ 8 Liability & Legal Provisions

Participation is at one's own risk. The organizer is not liable for technical problems or loss of entries, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. German law applies exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 9 Severability Clause

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a regulation that most closely reflects the economic purpose.
