Product Overview
The Franke EOS NEO is a modern kitchen faucet available in two primary models: A) Swivel Side HP SS and B) Pull Down Spray Side HP SS. Both faucets feature a 180-degree swivel range for enhanced usability.
Detailed technical drawings provide precise dimensions. Model A stands at 387mm height with a spout reach of 229mm. Model B offers a taller profile at 433mm and includes a convenient pull-down spray function. Both models are designed for installation through a standard sink or countertop hole of Ø35mm, accommodating a maximum countertop thickness of 50mm, and utilize an M34x1.5 connection thread.
Installation Guide
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Step 1: Insert the faucet body through the designated hole in the sink or countertop. Ensure the maximum countertop thickness of 50mm is not exceeded.
- Step 2: Secure the faucet from underneath using the provided mounting bracket, washers, and counter nut. A torque of 10-12 N*m is recommended for the main securing nut, and 4 N*m for the handle screw.
- Step 3: Connect the flexible hoses. Note that UK installations may have different hose connection sizes (19mm vs 23mm). A wrench ? is required for these connections.
- Step 4: Assemble or disassemble the aerator or spray head as needed.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Use a soft cloth ✔️ for cleaning.
- Avoid abrasive sponges ❌ or cleaning pads ❌.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents ❌.

Parts List
Exploded views of the faucet components are provided for both Model A (Swivel Side) and Model B (Pull Down Spray). Each part is numbered for easy identification:
- Model A: Includes Handle (1), Handle screw (1.1), Cartridge (2), Cartridge nut (3), Swivel spout (4), Mounting set (5), Spout (6), Aerator/Spray head (7), Aerator housing (7.1), Aerator insert (7.2), Sealing ring (8), Flexible hoses (9), and Fixing bracket (10) with counter nut (11).
- Model B: Includes all parts from Model A, plus a Weight for the pull-down hose (12) and the Pull-down hose (14).
Periodic Checks and Technical Data
Regularly check the faucet connections and hoses for watertightness, corrosion, and mechanical damage. Always use original spare parts. Replace any damp, dripping, rusty, oxidized, or mechanically damaged hoses. Flush all pipes thoroughly before installation.
