Step 01: Electrical Disconnection
Ensure the main power supply is switched OFF at the circuit breaker or fuse box. The switch should be in the 'OFF' position. ?
Step 02: Mount the Bracket
Attach the mounting bracket [01] to the ceiling using appropriate screws [B] for your ceiling type (concrete or wooden). Ensure the bracket is securely fastened and can support the fan's weight. ⚠️ Check for pipes and cables before drilling.
Step 03: Prepare Ceiling Mount
For concrete ceilings (A), drill holes and insert appropriate anchors. For wooden ceilings (B), screw directly into the joists. Ensure the mounting points can support the fan's weight.
Step 04: Attach Mounting Plate
Attach the fan's mounting plate to the ceiling bracket. Ensure it is securely locked.
Step 05: Wiring
Connect the fan's wires to the house wiring. Typically: Live (L) to Brown/Red, Neutral (N) to Blue/Black, and Earth to Green/Yellow. Refer to the terminal markings on the fan and your house wiring. Ensure all connections are tight. ?
Wire colours may vary by region. Refer to the multilingual guide for specific colour codes.
Step 06: Attach Canopy
Slide the ceiling canopy [02] up to cover the mounting bracket and wiring. Secure it in place.
Step 07: Secure Canopy
Ensure the canopy is firmly attached.

Step 10: Attach Blades to Motor (Alternative Method)
Follow the diagram to attach the blades to the motor assembly.
Step 11: Install Light Bulb
Screw in a compatible light bulb (Max 60W E27) into the socket. ?
Step 12: Attach Light Shade
Carefully attach the light shade/cover [05] to the fan assembly using the provided screws [I].
Operation and Blade Adjustment
Blade Adjustment (Forward/Reverse Airflow)
The fan can be set to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise to provide different airflow patterns:
- Summer Mode (Downward Airflow): Typically achieved by setting the fan to rotate counter-clockwise. This creates a cooling downdraft. ☀️
- Winter Mode (Upward Airflow): Typically achieved by setting the fan to rotate clockwise. This circulates warm air trapped near the ceiling downwards without creating a direct draft. ❄️
Refer to the diagrams for specific switch settings or blade direction adjustments.
Fan Speed Control:
Use the pull chains or remote control (if applicable) to cycle through fan speeds (e.g., OFF, Speed 1, Speed 2, Speed 3, ON). The specific method depends on your model.
Light Control:
Use the pull chain or switch to turn the light ON/OFF.
Care and Maintenance
- Always disconnect the fan from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
- Clean the fan blades and motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure all screws and connections remain tight.
- Periodically check the fan for any unusual noises or vibrations. If observed, stop use and consult a qualified electrician.
