Product Overview
The Motorola VerveBuds 120 are true wireless earbuds designed for an immersive audio experience. They come with a portable charging case, offering up to 15 hours of total playback time. The earbuds feature a built-in microphone for calls and voice assistant access (Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant). They are also IPX6 waterproof, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities.

Getting Started
Charging the Case and Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status.
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the earbuds will show their charging status.
Pairing Your Earbuds
- Open the charging case with the earbuds inside.
- The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicators on the earbuds will flash blue and red.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Select "VerveBuds 120" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the LED indicators will turn solid blue.
Using Your Earbuds
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch control on either earbud once.
- Next Track: Double-tap the touch control on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double-tap the touch control on the left earbud.
Making Calls
- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control on either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch control on either earbud.
IPX6 Waterproof Rating
The VerveBuds 120 are rated IPX6, meaning they are protected against powerful water jets. However, they are not intended for submersion in water. Avoid exposing the charging case to water.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your earbuds, try the following:
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
- Make sure the earbuds are properly paired with your device.
- Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and the case.
- Reset the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing the lid, and then pressing and holding the touch controls on both earbuds for 10 seconds.
