Product Overview
This document provides instructions for the Blaupunkt BH-21 EQz Wireless Headphones.
The headphones feature Turbo Bass and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

Controls and Features

A. EQz Mode: Selects between Blaupunkt Music Mode and Turbo Bass Mode.
B. Multi-function button:
- ON/OFF: Press and hold to power the headphones on or off.
- Answer/End Call: Press once to answer or end an incoming call.
- Redial: Double press to redial the last number.
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second to reject an incoming call.
- Play/Pause: Press once to play or pause music.
- Volume Up: Short press to increase volume.
- Track Forward: Press and hold to skip to the next track.
- Volume Down: Short press to decrease volume.
- Track Back: Press and hold to go to the previous track.
F. Charger Connect: Port for charging the headphones (Micro USB).
G. AUX-in: Port for wired audio connection.
H. Microphone: Built-in microphone for calls.

- Using headphones while driving can be distracting. Pull over if conditions require attention to calls or driving.
- Battery life may vary based on usage habits.
- Do not rotate the headset when the headband is at its lowest position.
- This appliance should be used in moderate climates.
- Warning: To prevent potential hearing damage, avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods. Stop using or lower the volume if you experience ringing in your ears.

Getting Started
Using the Headphones
This guide helps you get started quickly with your wireless stereo headphones. Please read carefully and save for future reference.

Power Supply
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
- Plug the Micro USB end of the supplied USB cable into the Micro USB port on the headphones (under the right earcup).
- Plug the other end into a USB port on a computer or charging device.
- Allow about 2 hours for a full charge. The indicator light is red while charging and turns blue when fully charged.
Bluetooth Connection
To connect the headphones to a Bluetooth device (smartphone, computer, tablet):
- Press the ON/OFF button to power on. The Blue LED will blink blue quickly, indicating pairing mode.
- Activate the Bluetooth feature on your device.
- Select "Search new device" on your device.
- Place devices within 3 feet (approx. 1 meter) of each other.
- When your device detects "BLAUPUNKT-BH21", select it to establish the wireless connection.
- A successful pairing is indicated by the Blue LED blinking slowly. If pairing fails after 60 seconds, repeat steps 1-5.
- The headset enters standby mode after a period of inactivity.
- Adjust volume by short pressing the '+' or '-' buttons.
- Press the multi-function button to play or pause music.
- Long press '+' or '-' to switch to the next or previous track, respectively.
- Long press '+' and '-' simultaneously to disconnect from the paired Bluetooth device.
- Long press the ON/OFF button until the LED turns solid red to turn off the headphones.
Phone Call
When there is an incoming call, the headphones will ring.
- Press the multi-function button once to answer the call. You can also answer using your mobile phone. Music playback will pause.
- Press the multi-function button again to end the call. You can also end the call using your mobile phone. Music playback resumes automatically after hanging up.
AUX Input Function
Connect your headphones to an external device using the provided AUX cable.
- Connect the AUX cable to the headphones' AUX-in port and the external device.
- The headphones will switch to AUX mode, and Bluetooth mode will be automatically turned off.
- Start playing music on the connected device.
