Safety Precautions
This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Always follow basic electrical safety precautions, including reading all instructions before use to prevent electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Keep children away from the appliance and do not allow them to play with or clean it without supervision. Use only indoors on hard floors like vinyl, tile, or parquet, avoiding carpets and rug edges. Avoid accidental starting by ensuring the switch is off before handling. Always turn off and unplug before adjusting, changing accessories, or storing. Only use the Tineco-specified charging station. Using a charging station for a different battery type may pose a fire risk. Use only Tineco-specific batteries; others may cause injury or fire. If the battery leaks liquid, avoid contact and rinse with water; consult a doctor if irritation persists. Do not use damaged or modified batteries or appliances, as they can cause fire, explosion, or injury. Do not expose the battery or appliance to flames or excessive temperatures (above 130°C). Recharge only within the specified temperature range to avoid damaging the battery and increasing fire risk. Repairs should only be done by qualified technicians using identical replacement parts. The appliance contains non-replaceable battery elements; do not attempt to repair it or the battery without following instructions. Always turn off the appliance before connecting or disconnecting the motorized nozzle. Do not charge or store the appliance outdoors or in a car. Charge, store, and use the battery only in a dry indoor area with temperatures between 4°C and 40°C. The charger is for indoor use only. Do not use to pick up ultra-fine particles like chalk, cement, sawdust, gypsum powder, or ash. Do not use to pick up sharp objects like nails or glass. Do not use to pick up hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, or strong acids/alkalis. Stop use immediately if overheating, unusual noises, bad odors, low suction, or electrical leaks occur. Turn off and unplug before long-term storage. Always clean the dirty water tank after each use to prevent blockages and motor damage. Store the appliance indoors, away from moisture. Do not place or immerse the appliance in stagnant water. Technical data is based on laboratory tests; Tineco reserves the right to final explanations. Unplug before cleaning or maintenance. Avoid running over the power cord. Do not use if the surface has more than 5mm of water. Do not unplug by pulling the cord; grip the plug. Keep batteries away from metallic objects to prevent short circuits, which can cause burns or fire. Use only Tineco cleaning products for this machine to reduce fire and electric shock risks.
Applications
This cordless floor cleaner is designed for indoor hard floors such as vinyl, tile, and parquet. It may not perform optimally on rough surfaces. Keep the appliance away from heat sources to prevent deformation. Do not use to pick up flammable liquids, ultra-fine particles, sharp objects, hazardous materials, chemicals, or smoking/smoldering products.
Cleaning Solution
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, use only Tineco cleaning solution. Excessive cleaning solution entering the motor may damage the appliance. Add solution as indicated in the Operation section. Tineco recommends using the provided solution. Do not use acidic, alkaline, or environmentally harmful substances. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin; rinse thoroughly with water. Consult a doctor if irritation persists. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention. Dispose of dirty water and solution according to local environmental regulations.
Appliance
Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in the operating and cleaning instructions. Use only with the provided power supply; unplug before cleaning or maintenance. Be careful when vacuuming stairs. Ensure the power switch is off before handling. Do not lay the appliance horizontally or tilt it to prevent dirty water from entering the motor. Store the appliance on its charging base to prevent tripping hazards. Always install the dirty water and clean water tanks correctly before use. Recycling Instructions
Battery and Battery Recycling Instructions: Rechargeable batteries contain environmentally harmful materials and must be removed before disposal. Turn off the appliance before removing batteries. Do not dispose of batteries with household waste; return them to a collection point. Batteries with hazardous substances are also accepted. Return rechargeable batteries only when discharged. Rechargeable batteries and cells have a symbol indicating a crossed-out wheelie bin.
WEEE Recycling Instructions: Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers must return appliances at the end of their useful life to designated collection points. The illustration shows the symbol for separate collection of WEEE.

- Cleaning and Deodorizing Solution: Removes dirt, grease, and stubborn stains from most hard surfaces. Use Tineco solution. Add one capful to the clean water tank.
- Brush Roller: Soft-bristled roller for vacuuming and washing simultaneously. Can be cleaned using the auto-clean function.
- Dry Filter: Filters large particles and debris, ensuring appliance durability. Install before use to maintain suction power. A spare dry filter is provided.
- Cleaning Tool: For cleaning the DWT, brush compartment, and opening. Also has bristles for cleaning the roller and DWT.
- Anti-tangle Electric Brush: Ideal for hard floors and carpets, collects dirt without hair entanglement.
- 2-in-1 Crevice Tool and Dusting Brush: Crevice tool for tight spaces; brush for cleaning above-floor surfaces.
- Mini Turbo Brush: For upholstery, mattresses, etc. Picks up pet hair and removes embedded dirt.
Assembly
Floor Washer Assembly/Disassembly:
- Installing SwitchPro Motor: Insert into the floor washer and push until it clicks.
- Removing SwitchPro Motor: Hold the appliance with one hand and press the release slider with the other.
- Attaching Handle: Insert into the appliance until it clicks.
- Removing Handle: Press the release button on the back and pull the handle up.
Vacuum Cleaner Assembly:
- Installing SwitchPro Motor: Insert into the vacuum cleaner and push until it clicks.
- Removing SwitchPro Motor: Hold the appliance with one hand and press the release slider with the other.
- Connecting Brush, Tube, and Main Body: Follow the diagram.
- Connecting Accessory Tool to Main Body: Follow the diagram.
- Inserting Drying and Charging Station: Insert into the vacuum station until it clicks.
Operation
Floor Washer Preparation:
- Charge the appliance for 4-5 hours before first use.
- Tips:
- Solution/Water Mode: Appliance defaults to Solution mode. In vertical position, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to switch between modes.
- Water-only Mode: LED loop: Red → Blue.
- Solution Mode: LED loop: Blue → Red.
Button Functions:
- Power Button: Press to start in AUTO mode. Press again to turn off. Cycle through AUTO, MAX, and SUCTION modes by pressing the button.
- Wi-Fi/Mute/Language Button: Short press to adjust volume. Double press to change language. Press and hold for 3 seconds to connect to the network.
Operation Notes:
- The appliance will stop functioning in a vertical position and restart when tilted. Do not tilt more than 148° to avoid water leakage.
- Select the appropriate mode based on the clean water tank content for optimal dirt detection.
- Do not vacuum foamy liquid.
- After powering off, the appliance will continue to run for 3 seconds to clear residual water.
- Place the appliance vertically on the charging station for charging and storage.
Vacuum Cleaner Operation:
- Press the button to start in ECO mode by default. Press again to turn off. Switch between ECO and MAX modes using the ECO/MAX button.
- Keep sharp objects away from the digital screen to prevent scratches.
Indicators
Various indicators show the appliance's status:
- Off: Motor malfunction, battery malfunction, charging anomaly.
- Solid Blue Light: Dirt sensor malfunction or blockage.
- Flashing Light: DWT full or air duct blocked.
- Flashing Light: CWT empty.
- Flashing Light: Brush roller obstructed.
- Flashing Light: Appliance obstructed.
- Solid Light: Wi-Fi connection successful.
- Flashing Light: Wi-Fi connection in progress.
- Off: Wi-Fi not connected.
- Flashing Light: Appliance requires automatic cleaning.
- Battery Level > 20%: Solid green battery icon.
- Battery Level 10%-20%: Solid red battery icon.
- Battery Level < 10%: Flashing red battery icon.
- During Charging: Tineco indicator pulsing.
- Charged to 100%: Tineco indicator solid for 5 minutes, then all indicators turn off.
Application
Tineco functions can be accessed via the Tineco app. Download from the App Store, Google Play, or the Tineco official website. The default voice prompt language is English, but other languages can be set via the app.

Maintenance
For optimal performance and to prevent odors, always completely clean and dry the DWT, filters, brush roller, and brush roller cover after each use. Ensure all parts are correctly installed. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Some water may remain after factory inspection. After maintenance, place the appliance vertically on the charging station. Do not expose to direct sunlight or frost; store indoors in a dry place.
Main Body:
- Turn off the appliance before maintenance to reduce the risk of injury.
- Clean the dust sensor with a damp cloth or the cleaning tool.
Dirty Water Tank:
- When the dirty water reaches the Max line, the appliance will stop and prompt you to empty it.
- Pull the tank cover upwards to empty the DWT. Dispose of debris in the waste bin. Use the cleaning tool to remove remaining debris. Rinse the inside of the DWT and reinstall it. Separate hair and debris from dirty water.
Dry Filter and Debris Separator
Grasp the dry filter by the recessed areas and pull upwards. Rinse under running water and let it dry completely before reinstalling. A spare dry filter is provided. The debris separator can be removed and rinsed. It separates solid debris. The appliance can function without it, so users can choose whether to keep it.
Automatic Brush Roller Cleaning
- Place the appliance on the charging station after use. The sensor will automatically detect the dirt level.
- When prompted, press the auto-clean button to start the process.
- After completion, you will hear "Automatic cleaning complete. Please clean the dirty water tank." The appliance will then begin charging.
Note: Ensure the charging station is plugged in and the battery level is above 30%. Clean the DWT and ensure the CWT has over 30% water before automatic cleaning. Pressing the auto-clean button during drying will interrupt the process; press again to resume.
Brush Roller Cover
Press the cover latches and lift to remove. Wipe with a damp cloth. When reinstalling, lock the brush roller cover to prevent leaks.
Brush Roller
Floor Washer Brush Roller:
- Remove the brush roller by grasping the tab.
- Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris from the roller. Rinse the roller with water and let it dry completely before reinstalling.
- Remove hair and debris from the brush roller compartment and opening using the cleaning tool.
- Reinstall the brush roller by inserting its end into the left side of the support, then attach the roller tab to the magnetic buckle on the right to lock it.
Vacuum Cleaner Brush Roller:
- Slide the button to open the brush roller end cover and turn clockwise to remove the brush roller.
- After removing the brush roller, gently clean the brush window, suction port, and plastic teeth row.
- Reinsert the brush roller completely into the brush window and turn the end cover counterclockwise until it locks securely.
Warning: The motorized brush contains electrical components that cannot be immersed or washed with water. To reduce the risk of injury, do not touch the brush roller while the appliance is operating.

Transparent Tray
Move the locking latch to the right, then lift the transparent tray to remove it. Clean with water or a towel and dry thoroughly before reinstalling. Do not rinse the drying and charging station directly with water; remove the transparent tray separately for cleaning.
Dustbin
Press the release button on the side of the dustbin and empty its contents. Close and reattach the dustbin cover.
Mesh Filter
Remove the multi-cone assembly removal tool. Insert the multi-cone assembly removal tool upwards into the trash can. Turn to remove the mesh filter. Clean the filter and dry completely before reinstalling.
HEPA Filter
Remove the HEPA filter (magnetic design) for cleaning. Do not use the appliance without the HEPA filter installed. The HEPA filter can be washed with running water and must be dried completely before reinstalling.
Dust Sensor
To prevent dust accumulation that may affect cleaning performance, wipe the suction port with the cleaning tool.
Mini Turbo Brush
Slide the end cover of the roller downwards. Remove the brush roller. Remove hair and debris from the roller using a cleaning tool. Reinsert the brush roller by tilting it and pushing upwards until it is securely in place (you will hear a click).
Troubleshooting

Warranty
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Applies only to purchases from authorized Tineco retailers and is subject to the requirements in this manual. The warranty is governed by the laws of the country of purchase. Tineco appliances have a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects when used domestically as per the manual. Motorized accessories and batteries have a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers labor and parts at no extra cost. It is valid only in the country of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED: Tineco appliances are covered against original material and manufacturing defects for 2 years when used for domestic purposes according to the Tineco user manual. Motorized accessories and batteries purchased separately come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty provides, at no extra charge, all labor and parts necessary to keep your appliance in good working order during the warranty period. This warranty is only valid for use in the country where the appliance was sold.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Tineco is not responsible for costs, damages, or repairs resulting from: unauthorized retailers, negligent handling or operation, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, non-conforming use, commercial or rental use, non-Tineco parts, external factors (weather, accidents, power surges, natural disasters), unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to clean obstructions, normal wear and tear (including consumables like dustbin, belt, filters, HEPA filter, brush bar, power cord), damage to carpets or floors due to improper use, battery aging or wear, or implied warranties limited to the duration of this express warranty. Coverage applies only to the original owner and original battery.
