FLEXIDOME IP micro 5000 - Quick Installation Guide
Step 1: Disassemble
Disassemble the camera by removing the outer dome. A microSDHC card slot is visible on the camera module; the SD card is not included in the package.
Step 2: Stick Desiccant
Locate the desiccant packet included in the package. It must be seated to the indicated position within the camera housing. Improper positioning may lead to interference with the camera module.
Step 3: Mount
Mount the camera. This involves marking and drilling holes for mounting. Two outer holes of 6.0 mm diameter are for plastic anchors, and two inner holes of 2.5 mm diameter are for M3 type screws. Use M3 screws (x2) for mounting. The diagram shows the camera outline, cut line, and orientation markers (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°).
Step 4: Network (Power)
Connect the RJ45 Ethernet cable for Power over Ethernet (PoE). Alternatively, connect a power supply with a 22AWG wire. The power input should be 12 VDC or 24 VDC. This product is intended to be supplied by a Listed Power Unit marked "Class 2", "LPS", or "Limited Power Source" and output rated 12Vdc, 0.32A minimum; or 24Vdc, 0.16A minimum.
Step 5: Adjust
Connect an analog video out cable (S1460 Monitor Cable) to a monitor for visual adjustment during setup.
Step 6: Adjust Pan, Tilt, and Rotation
Adjust Pan, Tilt, and Rotation. Pan adjustment is ±175°. Tilt adjustment is ±70°. Rotation adjustment is ±180°. Note: The angle of rotation should NOT be rotated over 180° in clockwise and 180° in counter clockwise.
Step 7: Adjust Image Direction
Use the 'tree mark' for easy adjustment of the image direction.
Step 8: Bosch Video Client
Connect to the camera using the Bosch Video Client software. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1. A sample interface of the client software is shown, displaying camera feeds and system status.
