User Guide
Important Safety Warnings
Always adhere to the safety warnings provided. These include:
- Ensure the appliance is correctly grounded.
- Check that the technical specifications on the data plate match your electrical system.
- Installation and regulation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Ensure your electrical system can withstand the appliance's maximum power.
- The appliance and its accessible parts become very hot during use. Keep children away and supervise them at all times.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
- In case of breakdown, switch off the appliance and contact an authorized service center.
- Do not use flammable liquids near the appliance.
- Do not use steam cleaners for interior cleaning.
- Avoid abrasive detergents or sharp metal tools for cleaning the glass door.
- Ensure the product is off before replacing the lamp.
First Start-up
- Run the oven empty at 230°C for approximately 1 hour with windows open.
- A slight smell may be emitted due to production residues.
- Clean the oven after it has cooled down.
- The oven is now ready for use. Do not cover the inside with aluminum foil.
- Accessories in contact with food must be cleaned before first use.
- Cooking food directly on grills or oven trays is not allowed.
User Instructions
Detailed instructions are provided for various models, including 'MP' models with 5-key programmers, 'E3' models with 5-key programmers, and models with TFT touch displays.

- Programmer Controls: Information on selectors, programmers, and thermostats for different models.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Oven Inside: Clean after each use with hot water and non-abrasive detergent. Rinse and dry.
- Trays: Immerse in soapy water and dry.
- Grills: Clean with warm water and non-abrasive detergents. Soak if dirt is encrusted.
- Front Panel: Clean steel surfaces with lukewarm water and non-corrosive detergent. Clean painted surfaces with soapy water. Avoid acidic or alkaline substances.
- Lamp Replacement: Disconnect power, remove lamp cover, replace lamp, and reassemble.
Problem Solving
- System Errors: A table lists common error codes (e.g., probe errors, fan errors) and their meanings. If an error occurs, disconnect and reconnect the appliance. If the error persists, contact authorized service.
- Child Lock: Instructions on how to activate and deactivate the child lock feature using the thermostat knob.
Cooking Charts
Detailed cooking charts are provided for both Fan oven cooking and Natural convection oven cooking, offering example temperatures, cooking times, and shelf positions for various dishes including meats, fish, cakes, and bakery items.
Installation
Instructions for Installation
The appliance must be installed in a suitable housing of correct dimensions. Ensure the housing is rigid and sturdy. All materials and fittings must withstand high temperatures. Wiring diagrams and absorption data for various models are provided.
Electrical Connection
The appliance must be disconnected from the electric socket before any installation or maintenance. Ensure the electrical socket and system can handle the appliance's load. The appliance is supplied with a cable without a plug; connection must be made by a qualified technician. The power supply system must have an effective earth connection.
Installation Rules
- Installation must be carried out by a skilled technician in compliance with regulations.
- The appliance must be connected to the voltage shown on the data plate.
- Ensure the electromagnetic switch or socket can withstand the load.
- The power supply system must have an effective earth connection.
- The socket or switch must be easily accessible.
- The yellow-green earth conductor must never be interrupted.
- The power supply cable should not contact surfaces hotter than 50°C above ambient temperature.

Detailed wiring diagrams are provided for various ILVE oven models, including MP and E3 series, to assist with electrical connections and troubleshooting.

Warranty Terms
ILVE warrants products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-approved parts. It also excludes damage from exposure to environmental factors, cosmetic imperfections on factory seconds, and light globes. The warranty is for domestic use only.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. ILVE's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or product.
