Important notes and precautions
Before using the appliance for the first time
Read the instructions carefully before connecting to the power mains. Save this manual for future reference.
Check for any damage or irregularities. Notify the retailer if damaged.
Let the appliance rest in a vertical position for at least 2 hours before connecting to the power mains to prevent operation faults.
Important safety instructions

- ⚠️ WARNING! Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or power supplies at the rear of the appliance.
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the power mains.
- ⚡ ELECTRIC SHOCK! ⚠️ WARNING! If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified persons.

- ⚡ ELECTRIC SHOCK! If LED lighting does not work, call a service technician. Do not attempt repair yourself due to high voltage.

Freeze burn hazard
To avoid freeze burn, never put frozen food in your mouth and do not touch frozen food.
Safety of children and vulnerable persons
The appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.
Remove packaging and keep it out of reach of children to prevent injury or suffocation. When removing a used appliance, disconnect the power cord, remove the door, and leave shelves inside to prevent children from locking themselves in.
For European markets: Children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced capabilities, can use the appliance if supervised and instructed on safe use, understanding the hazards. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Children aged 3 to 8 years are allowed to load and unload refrigerating appliances.
Warning regarding the refrigerant
The appliance contains flammable R600a gas. Ensure no parts of the cooling system are damaged. A gas leak is not hazardous to the environment but could cause eye injury or fire. In case of a gas leak, ventilate the room, disconnect from power mains, and call a service technician.
Important information on the use of appliance
⚠️ WARNING! This appliance is intended for household and similar applications (staff kitchens, farm houses, hotels, B&Bs, catering). ⚠️ WARNING! Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction. The appliance may not be used outdoors or exposed to rain. Do not store explosive substances like aerosol cans.
If the appliance is out of use for an extended period, switch it off, unplug it, empty, defrost, clean, and leave the door ajar.
In case of power failure, do not open the freezer compartment unless the freezer has not operated for over 16 hours. Use existing frozen food or provide sufficient cooling.
Technical information on the appliance
The rating plate inside the appliance provides data on voltage, volume, refrigerant type, and climate classes. If the language on the rating plate is not your preferred language, replace it with the supplied one.
⚠️ WARNING! Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
Advice for saving power with refrigeration appliances
- Install as specified.
- Do not open the door more often than necessary.
- Ensure air circulation underneath the appliance is unobstructed.
- If the gasket is damaged or does not seal properly, have it replaced.
- Store food in tightly sealed containers or appropriate packaging.
- Allow food to cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Defrost frozen food in the refrigerator compartment.
- Utilize the full freezer compartment volume by removing drawers as described.
- Defrost conventional freezers when frost reaches 3–5 mm thickness.
- Ensure uniform shelf layout and proper food placement for air circulation.
- Do not block fan slots or vents.
- Switch off the fan or ionizer if not needed.
Installation and connection
Selecting the room
Install the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated room. Ensure the environment temperature is within the specified range:

? INFORMATION! This appliance is not intended for built-in use.
? INFORMATION! Do not place the appliance in rooms where the temperature can drop below 5°C, as this may cause abnormal operation or failure.
Ensure the appliance mains plug is accessible after installation.
Do not place the appliance near heat-radiating appliances (cooker, stove, radiator, water heater) or expose it to direct sunlight. Maintain at least 3 cm clearance from electric/gas cookers and 30 cm from oil/solid fuel stoves. Use an insulating panel if the distance is smaller.
Appliance placement
Installation should be carried out by at least two persons to avoid injury or damage.
- The appliance is intended for free-standing installation. Maintain 50 mm clearance between the wall and the back, and 100 mm above the appliance for rated/minimum power consumption and air circulation. Allow adequate air circulation on the sides.
- The appliance can be placed adjacent to or between kitchen cabinets/cupboards, or adjacent to a wall. Power consumption may increase. Observe minimum clearance above and behind as indicated.
- Consider the space required to open the appliance door for drawer and shelf removal (see installation diagram).

Appliance setup
- Adjust the feet to ensure the appliance stands horizontally and allows sufficient air circulation. Adjust height with fingers or a wrench.
- Allow the door to close automatically. Tilt the upper part of the appliance backwards by about 10 mm or 0.5° by adjusting the feet.
- To move the appliance, raise the feet to allow free movement on rotating rollers. Re-align after moving.
- ⚠️ WARNING! Use rotating rollers only for forward/backward movement. Pushing to the side can damage the floor and rollers.
Adjusting the appliance door
If the freezer and refrigerator doors are not aligned, use the supplied tool to adjust the door height. If the freezer door is higher, turn the screw on the lower hinge counterclockwise to raise it. Fix the nut with a screwdriver.
Connecting the appliance
- Connect the appliance to the power mains using the power cord. The wall outlet should have a ground contact (safety socket).
- Nominal voltage and frequency are on the rating plate.
- Connect to power mains and ground in compliance with standards. The appliance withstands short-term voltage deviations up to +/- 6%.

Appliance interior equipment may vary by model. This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.

NOTE! Your refrigerator may differ slightly from the one described, but functions and usage remain the same.

Switching the appliance on/off
- Power on: Plug the power cord into the power mains outlet.
- Power off: Unplug the power cord from the power mains outlet.
Adjusting the temperature in the appliance
? INFORMATION! Appliance temperature is preset: 4°C for refrigerator, -18°C for freezer. Allow several hours for the set temperature to be reached. Do not place food before the temperature stabilizes.
Refrigerator compartment: Use key B. Press B until display B1 shows the desired temperature. Range: +2°C to +8°C. Each press of B reduces the setting by 1°C. Setting is saved after 3 seconds of inactivity. Recommended setting: 4°C.
Intensive freezing (freezer compartment)
Use this setting after initial switch-on, before cleaning, or before inserting a large amount of food.
- Power on: Long press A (3 seconds). Display shows A2, value -24°C.
- Power off: Long press A again (3 seconds).
- The setting deactivates automatically after about a day, returning to the last saved state.
? INFORMATION! Intensive freezing uses maximum power and may cause temporary noise increase.
? INFORMATION! Intensive freezing (super freeze) may lower temperatures in both refrigerator and freezer compartments.
Intensive cooling (refrigerator compartment)
Use this setting after initial switch-on, before cleaning, or before inserting a large amount of food.
- Power on: Long press B (3 seconds). Display shows B2, value 2°C.
- Power off: Long press B again (3 seconds).
- The setting deactivates automatically after about three hours, returning to the last saved state.
Ice maker/cold water dispenser operation
? INFORMATION! The device will not work if the freezer door is open or child lock is on.
Making ice:
- Ice cubes: Press F. Symbol will light up ?.
- Crushed ice: Press G. Symbol will light up ❄️.
Cold water: Press H. Symbol will light up ?.
Switching the icemaker on/off
Turn off to save water and electricity if ice is not needed.
- Power on: Press C. Symbol C1 will not be displayed.
- Power off: Press C. Symbol C1 will light up.
? INFORMATION! When C1 is displayed, ice making is disabled, but existing ice can be dispensed, and cold water can be poured using H.
Eco function (Recommended setting)
- Power on: Press J. Display shows J1.
- Power off: Press J again until J1 goes out.
The Eco function deactivates when refrigerator/freezer temperature settings are changed or other extra functions are activated.
Holiday mode (prolonged absence)
Use when away for a long period.
- Power on: Press E. Display shows E1. Refrigerator temperature set to 15°C, freezer to -18°C.
- ⚠️ WARNING! Before activating, empty the refrigerator compartment to prevent spoilage of perishables.
- Power off: Press E again until E1 goes out.
Water filter change alarm
Replace the water filter every 6 months for optimal water quality. After approximately 3,800 litres or 6 months, the filter icon ? will blink, and the refrigerator will beep three times. Buy a new filter of the same type from the retailer or an authorized service technician.
After replacing, press and hold J for 3 seconds to reset the filter counter. Some water may leak during replacement; use a container and wipe spills.
Open door alarm
If the door is open for too long, an acoustic alarm (repetitive beep) will activate, and symbol D1 will light up. The beep continues for 10 minutes at three beeps per minute.
- Switching off the alarm: Close the door. Symbol D1 remains lit until turned off by pressing D.
? INFORMATION! If the door is left open for over 10 minutes, the alarm stops. The appliance switches to safe mode to maintain cooling and prevent food spoilage.
Child Lock
- Power on: Long press D (3 seconds) until the display shows ?. This locks the entire control panel, including the icemaker/cold water dispenser.
- Power off: Press D again for a long time.
The function is not preserved in case of power failure.
Appliance interior equipment
Shelves
Shelves can be rearranged without removal. To move or remove a shelf, pull it towards you, lift the front, and slide it out. Store perishable food at the back of the shelf where it's coldest.
Fruit and vegetables drawer (CrispZone)
Drawers at the bottom of the refrigerator are for fruits and vegetables, providing humidity and preventing drying.
Pulling out the bin: Pull the bin out as far as possible, lift the front part, and pull it out completely.
Door racks
Door shelves are for small packages. Adjust racks by lifting slightly from grooves and moving to desired positions. The lower refrigerator door shelf is for bottles. Maximum load per door shelf is 5 kg.
Air distribution system (MultiFlow)
Advanced MultiFlow system distributes air evenly, equalizing temperature throughout the refrigerator. This allows placing any food on any shelf without temperature differences.
Installation of water wiring
Installing the water filter
Follow these steps to install the water filter:
- Take the water filter and hoses from inside the refrigerator.
- Specify the location for the external filter installation.
? INFORMATION! Install the water filter on the wall, in an easily accessible place for replacement. Do not install it behind the refrigerator.
- Determine the distance between the filter, tap, and refrigerator.
- Prepare hoses of appropriate length, cutting them to connect to the filter's inlet and outlet.
- Install the filter holder on the wall using a screwdriver and insert the filter.

? INFORMATION!
- Ensure the water hose is fully inserted into the filter to prevent leaks.
- The water hose should be shorter than 5 meters; longer hoses may reduce cold water/ice supply pressure.
- Cut the water hose to length, ensuring it is not bent excessively.
- Installation by a qualified person is recommended.
⚠️ WARNING! Install the water filter vertically. Ensure correct water hose connections. Never attach the filter to the refrigerator, as this may pierce cooling circuit pipes.

- Remove the two couplings and pull out the water filter stoppers.
- Push the water hoses all the way into the filter's inlet and outlet.

- Insert the two couplings in the appropriate place, ensuring they grip the water hose tightly.

Connecting the water filter inlet connection to the water supply
Use a new connector and non-return valve (supplied as one part). Screw the connector to a suitable water tap (3/4" BSP thread) with a wrench. Secure it. Insert the water hose fully into the non-return valve. Insert the coupling as shown.

? INFORMATION!
- After installing the filter, open the water tap and let it run for 5 minutes. Dark colored water flow is normal initially.
- The water hose must connect to a drinking water source only.
- Icemaker requires water pressure between 207 and 689 kPa for proper operation.
Connection between the filter outlet connector and the refrigerator
Connect the filter outlet hose to the refrigerator inlet connector using the two-way connector (coupler).
Insert the water hose fully into the middle of the two-way connector to prevent leaks.
Insert both couplings appropriately, ensuring they grip the water hose tightly.

Open the water tap to rinse hoses and check for leaks. If leaks occur, ensure hoses are fully inserted and reinstall if necessary.
? INFORMATION!
- After connecting the filter outlet to the refrigerator, dispose of the first few glasses of water as the hoses need rinsing.
- Ensure heavy objects do not press on the water hoses and they are not bent.
Icemaker/cold water dispenser
Press "cubed", "crushed", or "water" to select ice type or cold water. Gently press the dispenser lever with a cup or glass to dispense. Ensure the cup/glass is positioned correctly.
? INFORMATION!
- If ice cubes are selected after crushed ice, a smaller amount of remaining crushed ice may fall into the cup.
- Wait 2-3 seconds after dispensing before removing the cup/glass to prevent spillage.
- Water from the dispenser is cold, not ice cold. For cooler water with ice, add ice first, then water.
⚠️ WARNING!
- Do not pull the lever forcefully; it may damage the lever spring.
- To prevent motor overheating, do not dispense ice for longer than one minute during normal use.
Using the ice bucket
To remove the ice bucket, grab the handle, lift, and slowly pull it out.

Installing the ice bucket
- Push the ice bucket upwards, ensuring side grooves lock into couplings.
- Pull the ice bucket downwards to seat it firmly.

? INFORMATION!
- Sounds during ice cube dropping are normal.
- If ice is not removed for a long time, cubes may stick together. Remove and empty the bucket.
- If the refrigerator is off for too long, ice may melt, causing water to leak. Remove all ice from the bucket.
- If the ice bucket is stuck, check the chute and remove obstructions. You may need to pull out the bucket to check for stuck cubes.
- The first ice cubes produced may be smaller due to air in the water hoses.
- Wash the ice bucket with mild detergent, rinse, and dry. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents.
Storing food in the refrigerator
Important warnings regarding food storage
? INFORMATION! Correct use, packaging, temperature, and hygiene impact food quality. Observe expiry dates.
Store food in closed containers or appropriate packaging to prevent odour transfer. Do not store inflammable, volatile, or explosive substances. Seal bottles with high alcohol content tightly and store upright. Some organic solutions may damage plastic surfaces.
Unpleasant odors may indicate a lack of cleanliness or perished contents. If leaving for a long period, remove perishables.
Avoid contamination of food
- Opening the door for long periods significantly increases compartment temperature.
- Regularly clean surfaces in contact with food and drainage systems.
- Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers to prevent contact with or dripping onto other food.
- If the appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door ajar to prevent mould.
Freezing and storing frozen food
Freezing procedure
? INFORMATION! Maximum fresh food insertion is specified on the rating plate. Exceeding this amount may reduce freezing quality and affect already frozen food.
- Activate super freeze function 24 hours before freezing fresh food by long pressing (3 seconds) the Super Freeze button.
- Place fresh food in the freezer, ensuring it does not contact already frozen food.
- Super freeze is not required for smaller amounts (1-2 kg).
Important warnings on freezing
? INFORMATION! Use the freezer only for appropriate foods. Use quality, fresh food and suitable, airtight packaging to preserve vitamins.
Indicate food type, amount, and date on packaging. Food should freeze quickly; smaller packages are recommended. Refrigerate food before freezing.
Storing industrially frozen food
- Observe manufacturer instructions for storing and using frozen food. Check temperature and expiry dates on packaging.
- Only choose food with undamaged packaging, stored at –18°C or lower.
- Do not purchase food covered in frost, as it indicates prior thawing and inferior quality.
- Protect food from thawing during transport; temperature increases shorten storage time and reduce quality.
Frozen food storage time
Recommended storage time in the freezer:

Thawing frozen food
- Thawing is crucial for preserving frozen food. Thaw correctly.
- Suitable methods: in the refrigerator, in cold water, or in a microwave/conventional oven with a thaw program.
- Some frozen products can be prepared without thawing (check packaging).
- Pack food in small portions for faster thawing.
- Use thawed food quickly, as bacteria reactivate and spoil the food.
- Do not refreeze partially or completely thawed food.
Defrosting the appliance
Automatic refrigerator defrosting
The refrigerator thaws automatically. Accumulated ice melts when the compressor is inactive and flows to a tray above the compressor to evaporate. Ensure the opening in the back wall is not blocked.
If excessive ice (3–5 mm) forms on the rear wall, switch off and manually defrost the appliance.
Defrosting a NoFrost freezer
The NoFrost freezer defrosts automatically. Any frost buildup will disappear automatically.
Cleaning the appliance
⚠️ WARNING! Before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Use a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, acids, or solvents that can damage surfaces.
- Clean the exterior with water or mild suds. Lacquer-coated and aluminum surfaces can be cleaned with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Low-alcohol cleaners (e.g., window cleaners) are acceptable for these surfaces. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners on plastic parts.
- Clean the interior with lukewarm water and vinegar.
- Do not wash interior parts in a dishwasher, as they may be damaged.
- Frost or ice buildup (3–5 mm thick) increases power consumption and should be removed regularly (except for NO FROST freezers). Do not use sharp objects, solvents, or sprays.
- After cleaning, switch the appliance back on and insert food.
Troubleshooting

Water is dripping/leaking from the refrigerator. |

Door is difficult to open. | Opening the freezer door immediately after closing can create negative pressure due to cool air escaping and warm air entering. Wait a few minutes for pressure to normalize. |
Appliance sides are warm. | This is normal due to pipes and tubes in the sides that heat up during operation. |
LED lighting does not work. | Call a service technician. Do not attempt repair yourself due to high voltage. |
Ec or Er appears on the display unit. | Sensor keys unresponsive. Call a service centre for repair. The appliance operates in safe mode, maintaining suitable temperatures. |

If problems persist, contact the nearest authorized service centre and provide the appliance type, model, and serial number.
Environment protection
Packaging is made of recyclable, environmentally friendly materials.
Removing an obsolete appliance
To protect the environment, take obsolete appliances to an authorized collection centre.
- Disconnect from power mains.
- Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
The product symbol indicates it should not be treated as household waste. Take it to an authorized collection centre for waste electric and electronic equipment processing. Correct disposal prevents negative environmental and health effects. Contact your municipal body, waste disposal service, or retailer for removal and processing information.
Information about appliance noise
Cooling systems, including compressors and fans, generate noise. Noise level depends on installation, use, and age.
- Initial noise from compressor or flowing liquid is normal and will quieten over time.
- Unusual noises may result from improper installation: ensure the appliance is level and stable, not in contact with walls/furniture, and interior equipment is secure. Avoid rattling containers.
- Higher workload (frequent door opening, large fresh food introduction, intensive functions) can temporarily increase noise.
