Assembly Guidance
- Step 1: Attach the Left rear Rail assembly (D), Right rear Rail assembly (E), and Rail connecting plate (F) to the mainframe with tank (A) using screws (59), (61), and Cap Nut (80).
- Step 2: Remove screws (63) and (62) from the mainframe with tank (A). Attach the console holder (G) and Handlebar Holder (H) to the mainframe using screws. Connect wiring (a1) from the mainframe to wiring (d1) on the console holder. Slide the assembled Seat (B) into the Guide Rail and secure the Seat Cushion Block (47) with Hexagon Socket Cylinder Head Screws (62).
- Step 3: Remove the Tank Plug (L). Use the Water Pump (C) to fill the tank with water from a bucket, monitoring the water level with the digital meter. To empty the tank, use the Water Pump (C) to transfer water to a bucket. Replace the Tank Plug (L) and clean the machine.
Note on Tank Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Use only tap water. Add water purification tablets (provided) to prevent cloudiness and maintain water quality. Do not use bleach or poor-quality tablets, as they can damage the tank.
- Add purification tablets every 3 months or as needed. Replace water if it becomes very cloudy.
- Dispose of used water as sewage.
- Empty the water tank if the machine will not be used for an extended period.
Folding Guidance
- To fold the machine, move the Seat (B) to the end of the rail to prevent it from falling.
- Hold the Folding Rod (N) and pull it upwards with slight force to complete the folding.
Expand Guidance
- To unfold the machine, step on the left PU roller (38) with your left foot. Hold the folding puller tube (N) with your hand and pull the left and right tracks (D/E) outward with your other hand. The PU rolling wheels (38) on the rear track will touch the ground, unfolding the machine.
- You can then move the machine to your desired location and begin exercising.
Moving Guidance
- To move the rower, first move the assembled Seat (B) to the front to prevent the cushion assembly from falling when folded.
- Lift the rear feet (D/E) of the left and right rails by hand until the PU rolling wheels (38) on the front of the rails touch the ground. You can then move the machine as desired.
Training Guidance
- Ready Status: Set arms forward, release shoulders, raise head, keep eyes forward. Hold feet and legs under your body.
- Sliding Status: Grab the lever, set body at the correct gesture and angle, release legs to push forward.
- Back to the position: Push forward with legs, pull the lever to your chest, release shoulders. Keep eyes looking forward. Consistent practice will improve your rowing technique.
Exercise Instructions
- Warm-Up Phase: Prepare the body and muscles for exercise, reducing the risk of injury. Perform gentle stretches, holding each for approximately 30 seconds. Do not force or jerk muscles. Stop if you feel pain.
- Exercise Phase: This is the main workout phase. Aim to maintain a steady tempo that raises your heart rate into the target zone (typically 70-85% of maximum heart rate, depending on age). This phase should last at least 12 minutes.
- Cool-Down Phase: Gradually lower heart rate and relax muscles. Repeat warm-up exercises or light rowing for about 5 minutes. Stretching is also recommended.
Muscle Toning: To tone muscles, use higher resistance. This may reduce training duration. For improved fitness, maintain warm-up and cool-down phases, and increase resistance during the exercise phase, potentially reducing speed to stay within the target heart rate zone.
Calorie Burning: Calorie expenditure is directly related to the effort and duration of your workout. Higher intensity and longer duration lead to more calories burned.
