Addressing

The diagram displays the module with several numbered connectors and switches for configuration. Key components include:

  • 1. Addressing Switch (Outdoor Station): A rotary switch used to set the address for the outdoor station, with options from 1 to 9.
  • 2. Addressing Switch (Indoor Station - Default Outdoor): A DIP switch on the left side, used to set the address of the default outdoor station, with options from 1 to 9.
  • 3. Addressing Switches (Indoor Station): Three DIP switches that collectively set the specific address for the indoor station, defining hundreds, tens, and units digits (e.g., 001).
  • 4. Wiegand Output Connector: A connector for Wiegand data output.
  • 5. USB Connector: Used for connecting to a PC to download or upload configuration settings.
  • 6. Next Module Connector: A connector for linking to the subsequent module in a system.

For outdoor stations: Use switch 1 to set the address (1-9).

For indoor stations: Use the left switch 2 to set the address of the default outdoor station (1-9). Then, use the remaining three switches 3 to set the address (hundreds, tens, and units digits, e.g., 001) of the indoor station.

Operation / Functionality
