Quick Start Guide

Welcome to your Dell Premier Wireless ANC Headset WL7024. This guide will help you set up and use your new headset.

For advanced features and software, download the Dell Peripheral Manager from Dell.com/support/dpem or the Dell Audio Application from your device's app store.

Headset Overview and Controls

The headset features controls for power, Bluetooth, calls, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

Power/Bluetooth Button: Located on the right earcup. Used for powering the headset on/off and initiating Bluetooth pairing.

Microphone/Call Control Button: Located on the left earcup. Used for managing calls and voice commands.

ANC Button: Located on the left earcup. Used to toggle Active Noise Cancellation modes.

Volume and Playback Controls: Located on the right earcup. Used for adjusting volume, playing/pausing media, and skipping tracks.

Using Your Headset

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button to turn the headset on or off.

Bluetooth Pairing

Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator blinks blue, indicating it is in pairing mode. Select "Dell WL7024" from your device's Bluetooth list.

Making and Receiving Calls

Press the Microphone/Call Control button once to answer or end a call.
Press and hold the Microphone/Call Control button to reject an incoming call.

Audio Playback Controls

Press the Volume Up or Volume Down button to adjust volume.
Press and hold the Volume Up button twice to skip to the next track.
Press and hold the Volume Down button twice to go to the previous track.
Press the Volume Up or Volume Down button once to play or pause media.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

Press the ANC button to cycle through ANC modes: ANC On, Transparency Mode, and ANC Off.

Connecting Your Headset

Wireless Connection (Bluetooth Dongle)

Connect the USB Bluetooth dongle to a USB port on your computer. The headset should automatically connect.

Wired Connection

Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's audio jack and the other end to the audio output on your computer or device.

Maintenance

Replacing Ear Cups

The ear cups can be replaced if necessary. Gently pull the old ear cup away from the headset. Align the new ear cup with the headset and press it into place until it clicks securely.

Note: Ensure you are using the correct ear cup for the Left (L) and Right (R) sides.
