Honeywell C7355B In-Duct IAQ Monitor

Quick Start Guide

About

This air quality monitor is designed for monitoring multiple air quality parameters within an air duct. The sensor is installed in the outdoor or return air duct. It measures PM2.5, PM10, carbon dioxide (CO2), TVOC, air temperature, and relative humidity in real-time.

Intelligent control algorithms minimize the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on measured values. The device comes with numerous presets suitable for commercial building requirements, enabling quick and easy initial setup. Its pilot tube inlet and outlet design, instead of a common air pump, adapts to a wider range of air speeds and ensures a long lifetime. It supports Modbus RTU (RS-485) communication protocol for easy integration with building management systems.

Initial Setup

The device powers on when voltage is connected.

Note: Upon first use or after long-term storage, the device should be powered on continuously for at least 48 hours to ensure stable output of all measured values.

Light Indication

The indicator area is located on the bottom right side of the device. For this monitor (Part number: C7355B1052), refer to the ON and SCALE indicators.

ON Indicator: Illuminates when the power is on, indicating the device is working. If it is off, the device may be faulty.

SCALE Indicator: Displays the one-minute average value of PM2.5, changing color based on concentration:

Communication Settings

Wired communication via Modbus RTU (RS-485) is available. Wiring terminals are shown in Figure 2. Refer to the Mounting Instructions for detailed wiring and installation guidance.
