Product Appearance
The camera features a pan/tilt design with two antennas. Key components include:
- Wall bracket
- Power interface
- Network interface
- Fill light
- Camera lens
- Microphone
- Indicator light
- Speaker
- Memory card slot (supports up to 256 GB)
- Reset hole
Reset Hole: When the camera is powered on, press the reset hole with the eject pin for 5 seconds. A "Di" sound indicates a successful reset.
Network Configuration Instructions
Download and Install the APP:
Method I: Scan the QR code provided to download and install the Botslab APP.
Method II: Search for and download the Botslab APP from the App Store or Google Play, then install it.

Connect to a Power
1. Connect the camera to the power adapter. After the camera is turned on, the status indicator light will flash green, indicating that the device is in network setup state and awaiting addition.
[Information icon] Note: If the status indicator light is not flashing green, reset the device. Please use the original power adapter.
Description of connection: The camera connects to the power adapter, which plugs into a wall socket. The camera also has a network interface that can connect to Ethernet devices like routers or switches.

Add Camera
Launch the Botslab APP. Tap "Sign up" to create an account, or log in if you already have one.
Method I: From the APP homepage, tap the "+" button to "Add Device", then tap "Camera", and select the "Outdoor Pan/Tilt Camera Pro W312" icon to enter the distribution page and add the camera.
Method II: From the APP homepage, tap the "+" button to "Scan", then use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the camera to enter the distribution page and add the camera.

Notice:
- Complete sound wave pairing in a quiet environment.
- Network cable connection is supported.
- When using Wi-Fi, ensure the camera is connected to a 2.4GHz/5GHz frequency band Wi-Fi network.
Installation Guide
Insert a Micro SD card (optional): Open the waterproof card cover with a screwdriver, insert the Micro SD card, and log in to the Botslab app for initialization before use.
Wall-mounted Installation:
- The camera supports ceiling and wall-mounted installation. Select an appropriate location, affix the installation sticker, drill holes, install the expansion pipe, and fasten the wall bracket with screws.
- Align the card slot and push the camera upward into the fixed bracket, rotating it until it aligns with the wall bracket positioning marks.

Precautions:
- Ensure the camera has been successfully added before wall installation.
- The wall surface must support at least three times the combined weight of the camera and wall bracket.
Install Waterproof Kit (Optional)
1. Before installation, inspect the waterproof kit items and place the waterproof rubber ring on the camera's network interface.

2. Thread the waterproof kit through the network cable one by one, and connect the network cable to the network interface.

3. Tighten the waterproof kit at the camera's network interface first, and then screw the locking bolt.

After installation, reconnect the camera to the power source. After startup, the camera will automatically connect to the pre-configured network.
Precautions:
- The camera's waterproof kit prevents rainwater from seeping into the network interface. Improper installation may result in equipment damage, which is not covered by warranty.
Notes
- For better night vision, avoid placing the camera near reflective materials like glass or white walls, as this can cause nearby objects to appear bright and distant objects dark or white.
- Place the device in an area with good network signal reception. Keep it away from metal objects (supports, doors, windows) or other signal interference sources.
- Do not place the device near heat sources like electric heaters, ovens, or stoves.
- The applicable working temperature is -20°C to +60°C. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Do not use the product in excessively humid environments that may cause water ingress.
