Pairing the Remote Control with the Gimbal
Ensure the gimbal is powered on. Press the gimbal's function button 7 times. The Bluetooth light will flash alternately in yellow and green, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
Important: Make sure the gimbal is in pairing mode before turning on the remote control to connect.
During the Pairing Process:
- Pairing is typically completed within 3 seconds after the gimbal's Bluetooth light stops flashing alternately in yellow and green.
- If pairing is not completed within 30 seconds, it will be cancelled.
- Press the function button once to cancel pairing.
- Double-press the function button to clear paired remote controls and cancel pairing. (A cleared remote control will be unavailable and require re-pairing).
Button Functions:
- Power Button: ON / OFF
- Shutter Button: (Requires successful app connection to the gimbal)
- Single Press: Take photo, Start/End video
- Double Press: Switch between photo and video modes
- Triple Press: Switch front and rear cameras (Functionality depends on the app)
- Function Button:
- Single Press: Switch between landscape and portrait modes
- Double Press: Recenter the gimbal
- Triple Press: Activate Inception mode (auto-rotation)
- M Button (Gimbal Working Mode):
- Single Press: Pan&Tilt Follow
- Double Press: Pan Follow
- Triple Press: All Lock
- Quartic Press: POV (All Follow)
- Long Press: Switch between zoom in/out mode and gimbal tilt control mode (Zoom functionality is app-dependent)
- Navigation Buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right):
- Up/Down: Controls gimbal tilt. Indicator light shows green.
- Up/Down (with app): Controls image zoom in/out. Indicator light shows blue.
- Left/Right: Controls gimbal pan.
- Indicator Light: The indicator light shows green or blue during button operations. If no light is displayed, the remote control is either not powered on or has no battery.
- Green light: Indicates gimbal control.
- Blue light: Indicates phone camera control.
