Safety Information
Transportation Safety: Observe all transportation laws and regulations. PLEASE DRIVE RESPONSIBLY - DO NOT TEXT & DRIVE ?
Hospital Safety: Follow hospital rules and limitations and turn off your mobile phone when near medical instruments ?.

Water Hazard: Your phone is not waterproof. Keep your phone away from water or liquid to avoid damage ?.
Emergency Calls
Make sure your mobile phone is switched on and in a service area. On the home screen, tap the phone key ? and dial the emergency number ?.
Battery Usage
For better performance and longer battery life, it is recommended that you charge the battery fully before using the mobile phone for the first time and that you initially complete two to three charge cycles ?.
IMEI Information
To check your IMEI, press *#06# ?.
Key Functions
The BLU G64L features several key components:
- Front Camera: A high-resolution front camera for photos and videos, ideal for self-portraits ?.
- Rear Camera: A high-resolution rear camera for photos and videos ?.
- Flash: Provides light for photos in low-light conditions and can be used as a flashlight ?.
- Volume: Adjusts the ringer, call, and multimedia volume ?.
- Power On/Off / Fingerprint Sensor: Used to power on/off the device and lock the screen. Long press the power button to power on. While the phone is powered on, press the power button and volume + simultaneously to access the power off menu. The fingerprint sensor unlocks your device with your fingerprints ?.
- Home: Pauses any current action and returns to the home screen.
- Recent Apps: Opens a list of recently opened applications for easy switching and can close apps by swiping ?.
- Back: Returns to the previous screen; closes the keyboard, any open program, or menu option ↩️.
- USB Port: Charges the device and transfers files (music, video) between your device and a PC ?.
- Headset Port: Connect earphones for hands-free capabilities and listening to music or FM radio ?.
Introduction: SIM Card Installation
⚠️ Warning: Please keep the SIM card out of the reach of children. The SIM card and its contacts are easily damaged due to scratching or bending. Please use caution when carrying, installing, or taking out the SIM card.
? Note: Please contact your cellular phone service provider directly to obtain your SIM card.
To insert SIM card:
- Remove the SIM card tray (with tool ?️). Insert the SIM card ?.
- Insert the SD card (for additional storage capacity ?).
Replace the SIM card tray and power on the phone ▶️.

Device Configuration
When you initially power on your phone, you will go through a series of steps to set up basic features:
- INSERT SIM: Insert your SIM card so the phone can register to the network.
- SELECT LANGUAGE: On the Welcome screen, select your language. You can also adjust Vision Settings (magnification, font, display size) and place an Emergency Call.
- CONNECT TO WI-FI: Connect to the internet. Select your desired Wi-Fi network ?. Unsecured networks connect directly; secured networks require a password. Connecting to Wi-Fi is recommended for software updates.
- COPY APPS & DATA: Transfer apps, pictures, music, and more from a previous device, or set up as new.
- ADD YOUR ACCOUNT: Sign in to your Google™ Account for streamlined services like Google Play™, Google Drive ☁️, and Google Pay ?. Create an account if you don't have one. Security verification may be required.
- GOOGLE SERVICES: Add services like Google Assistant ?, Backup and Restore, Location Services, Install Updates, and Apps.
- SET DEVICE SECURITY: Set up fingerprint unlock ? and authorization for applications. Options include PIN ?, Password ?, or Pattern ?. You can set a PIN at startup for extra security or skip this step. Face unlock ? is also an option.
- FINALIZE SETUP: Configure Google Assistant, add another email address, control lock screen information, and review additional apps. You can skip this step and set it up later.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with Class B digital device limits, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. Radiation Exposure Statement ☢️
This device meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. It is designed not to exceed emission limits for radio frequency (RF) energy. The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit is 1.6W/kg. For body-worn operation, this phone has been tested and meets FCC RF exposure guidelines when used with an accessory that contains no metal and positions the handset a minimum of 10 mm from the body. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance.
Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) ?
This phone is hearing aid compatible as determined by ANSI C63.19-2019. It has been tested and certified for use with hearing aids for some wireless technologies. It is important to test thoroughly with your hearing aid or cochlear implant to determine if you hear any interfering noise. Consult your service provider or manufacturer for compatibility information. Return or exchange policies ↩️ should be discussed with your service provider or retailer.
The ANSI C63.19-2019 standard uses conversational gains for hearing aid compatibility.
Volume control performance has been evaluated. The lowest conversational gain is 9.05 dB with a hearing aid and 11.00 dB without.
