Assembly Instructions
Please refer to the below information to help assemble your Oypla product. If you require assistance with the assembly of your Oypla product, please contact our dedicated team at cservice@oypla.com.
-
Step 1: Handle Beam Assembly
Place the handle beam (part 1) on top of the handle beam axle (part 2), ensuring that the handle beam (part 1) is as far down as possible. This should leave a section of the handle beam axle (part 2) exposed. Slide the handle beam washer (part 3) onto the exposed section of the handle beam axle (part 2). Secure these in place with a securing pin (part 4). Please see the accompanying diagrams for visual guidance.

Step 2: Attaching Handle Beam to Platform
Slide the handle beam (part 1) onto the trolley platform (part 5) so that it aligns with either group of holes in the bottom of the trolley platform (part 5). Once done, hold the handle beam (part 1) in place using a trolley support bolt (part 6) and secure this in place with a support washer (part 7) and a support nut (part 8). Repeat for the other holes. Please see the accompanying diagrams for visual guidance.

Step 3: Attaching Rear Axle
Slide the rear axle (part 9) onto the other set of holes on the trolley platform (part 5). As with the handle beam, secure these in place using the trolley support bolts (part 6), support nuts (part 7), and support washers (part 8). Repeat for the other holes. Please see the accompanying diagram for visual guidance.

Step 4: Attaching Wheels
Push a wheel (part 10) onto either the handle beam axle (part 2) or the rear axle (part 9). Then, slide a wheel washer (part 11) onto either axle and secure both the wheel (part 10) and the wheel washer (part 11) into place with a securing pin (part 4). Repeat this step on the opposite side and the remaining axle to complete the attachment of all wheels. Please see the accompanying diagrams for visual guidance.

Step 5: Attaching Side Panels
Align the metal tube on the bottom of the platform side panel (part 12) with the corresponding metal tube on the trolley platform (part 5). Secure this in place with a hitch pin (part 13). Repeat this process on the other side of the platform side panel (part 12) to complete this side. Then, repeat this entire process on the opposite side of the trolley platform (part 5) to complete both sides. Please see the accompanying diagram for guidance.

Step 6: Attaching Front Panel
Align the metal tube on the bottom of the trolley platform front panel (part 14) with the metal tube on the trolley platform (part 5). Secure this in place with a hitch pin (part 13). Repeat this on the other side of the platform front panel (part 14) to complete this side. Then, repeat this process on the opposite side of the platform (part 5) to complete both sides. Please see the accompanying diagram for guidance.

Step 7: Attaching Handle
Slide the handle (part 15) into the handle rotation pod (part 16), making sure the holes in both parts are aligned. After this, push the handle support bolt (part 17) through both parts, holding them into place. Secure these with a support nut (part 7) and a support washer (part 8).

Final Checks and Usage Notes
Once completed, ensure that all the support nuts (part 8) are tightened so the parts are secure and won't fall off over time. Ensure that the securing pins (part 4) are all bent to prevent the wheels from falling off when using the Heavy Duty Garden Trolley.
Make sure to pump the wheels (part 10) up before use. This will help prevent the wheels from wearing out at a faster rate when transporting heavy loads in the Heavy Duty Garden Trolley. Do not overfill the wheels, as this may cause them to become too dense and more likely to burst.
