Features low-on resistance, low switching noise, and low switching loss. Offers a 25% lower RDS(on) compared to conventional MOSFETs, enabling smaller package selection.

SuperFAP-E3, E3S Series
The second generation Quasi-Planer Junction technology offers both low loss/noise and usability, achieving high performance in power supply circuit design.

- Narrow gate threshold voltage (3.0±0.5V)
