Inflating and Deflating

Inflating and deflating the Hangout Dock is straightforward. Unfold the dock, attach the pump hose to the inflation valve, and inflate. The Dock 7' and Dock 10' perform best when inflated to 6-8 PSI. To deflate, reverse the process.

Inflate: Push pin down and turn counter-clockwise to unlock - pin down.

Deflate: Push pin down and turn clockwise to lock - pin down.

Care and Storage

Store Hangout Docks in a cool, dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent material weakening and pressure buildup. If stored in direct sunlight, reduce the inflated air pressure until the dock is hand-compressible.

The Hangout Dock 7' and 10' have a recommended inflation pressure of 6-8 PSI.

How to Fold

  1. Ensure the Hangout Dock is clean of dirt, sand, or salt water with fresh water and allow it to dry.
  2. Deflate the dock by removing the valve cap, pressing the push pin down, and turning it clockwise to the open position.
  3. Remove excess air using the pump in deflate mode.
  4. Fold the dock in half.
  5. Fold in half again.
  6. Roll the dock from one short side to the other.
  7. Place the rolled dock into the carry sling for transportation and storage.
