Q: What kind of telephone operators do you support?

A: Suntek supports most European operators. The system performs automatic identification. If your operator is not listed, capture the SIM card APN information on the screen and send it to Suntek support. Engineers will add it to the program.

Q: I have set the email for sending files on my HC-900pro, but nothing happens.

A: This camera trap works only with the App and does not support MMS configuration. If you need MMS functionality, you can purchase a compatible camera from their shop.
