Programming the RF-WW-BEST Transmitter
To put the handset into operation and establish radio communications with the HE200 control unit, follow these steps:
- Press the Reset / Pairing button 4 on the control unit 2 times in quick succession. The Pairing LED will illuminate, and the HE200 control unit enters learning mode for approximately 10 seconds.
- Press buttons 1 and 9 on the RF-WW-BEST transmitter simultaneously and hold them until the Pairing LED extinguishes (this programmable process takes about 10 seconds). The learning mode is now complete.
Adjusting the Intensity of the Massage
To turn the massage (head and foot end) on or off, press button 15 on the RF-WW-BEST hand-held remote control.
If the massage function is turned off, it can be turned on using buttons 11 or 13 (+). If the massage function is turned on, it can be turned off, starting from the lowest intensity, using buttons 12 or 14 (-).
The massage intensity is changed through 3 steps each time one of the buttons 11, 12, 13, or 14 is pressed.
Perform a Reference Drive
The HE200 control unit features a position feedback system that requires a one-time referencing procedure for optimal function. Actuate the Reset / Pairing button 4 until all drives travel back to their end positions. The system is then ready for operation.

Saving Memory Positions
You can save 2 different memory positions on buttons "CUST 1" (button 6) and "CUST 2" (button 7) as follows:
- Move to the desired position using buttons 1 to 4.
- Press button 8 (SET) for 1 second. The massage function and the optional light will turn on for approximately 1 second.
- Within 3 seconds, press button 6 (CUST 1) or 7 (CUST 2) to save the position, massage function, and optional light. The light will turn on for approximately 1 second.
The desired position is now saved on buttons 6 or 7. You can overwrite a saved memory position at any time by repeating this process.
Switching to Automatic Moving and Factory Setting
Using the buttons "CUST 1" (button 6), "CUST 2" (button 7), and "FLAT" (button 9), you can move to various saved positions by pressing them briefly (press and release). The button does not need to be held down.
Activation
- Press buttons 11 and 13 simultaneously. The massage function and the optional light turn on for approximately 1 second.
- Briefly press button 6 (CUST 1), button 7 (CUST 2), or button 9 (FLAT). The drives will move automatically to the desired position.
Deactivation (Factory Setting)
- Press buttons 8 (SET) and 9 (FLAT) simultaneously. The massage function and the optional light turn on for approximately 1 second.
Synchronizing Two HE200 Systems
Electrical components should be connected or disconnected only when the power cord is unplugged.
When two HE200 systems are used together, they can be connected using a synchronous cable in the multifunction port.
- Use the Reset/Pairing button 4 on the HE200 control unit to move both HE200 systems to their end positions (the lower limit positions for the drives).
- Disconnect the power plug on both HE200 systems from the power socket.
- Connect both HE200 systems by connecting the proper synchronous cable into the multifunction port.
- Insert the power plug on both HE200 systems into the power socket. Synchronous operations are possible as soon as both systems are connected to the main power.
- Both programmed handsets can be used to move the HE200 systems.
Cleaning and Care
The system was designed to be easy to clean.
- Be sure to unplug the power cord on the power supply before cleaning.
- Clean the system using a dry cloth.
