Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble your RÅDMANSÖ chest of drawers:
-
Prepare the base and side panels: Insert dowels and cam lock posts into the designated holes on the base and side panels. This typically involves inserting wooden dowels and screwing in metal posts.
Diagrams show inserting dowels and posts into pre-drilled holes on panels.

Wall Mounting (Crucial for Safety)
To prevent tip-over accidents, it is essential to secure the furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware.
The supplied screws and plugs are designed for use with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C) walls, use the screws without plugs.
Steps for Wall Mounting:
- Identify the appropriate mounting points on the furniture and the wall.
- Drill holes in the wall according to the size of the plugs and the required depth.
- Insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the furniture using the provided screws.
- Align the furniture with the wall and secure the bracket to the wall using the appropriate screws and plugs.
⚠️ If you are uncertain about the correct wall mounting procedure or the type of wall you have, seek professional advice.
