This hand blender attachment is designed for professional use in ice cream parlors, restaurants, and hotel kitchens. It is suitable for preparing a variety of items including ice cream, vegetable soups, purees, sauces, fillings, mayonnaise, tomato sauces, pesto, and more. The unit features a motor with ventilation and an ergonomic handle housing made from durable plastic.
The shaft and blades are constructed from stainless steel. This attachment is compatible with Hendi mixer drive models 221884, 221891, 221198, 221327, 221334, and 221341. An attachment replacement kit is included.
