The B-EP4D printers are exceptionally small and light, designed to be worn or carried easily. They boast a print speed of up to 4 inches per second. With 'peel & present' functionality on demand, labels are issued quickly and efficiently.
Durable and Robust
Built for real-world conditions, the B-EP4D features rugged rubber corners and has passed a 1.5 m drop test onto concrete. External ports are also protected with rubber to prevent spills.
So Simple to Use
For user-friendliness and fast operator training, the printer features a clear backlit LCD display showing a label counter, battery level, wireless signal strength, and error messages. Audible alerts are also included.
Less Media Changes
The large media capacity reduces the frequency of media changes. Rolls do not require cores, minimizing waste.
Easy Networking
The B-EP4D offers seamless networking with USB 2.0 and IrDA as standard. Connectivity options include serial, Bluetooth, and WLAN (2.4 GHz/5GHz). RS232 models can be upgraded to WLAN and Bluetooth with an optional kit.
Swift Integration
Integration is simplified with standard Windows drivers, SAP device drivers, and configuration utilities. The printer supports multiple programming languages, including Toshiba's TPCL, BCI (Basic Command Interpreter), and ESC/POS, allowing plug-and-play operation with various peripherals like scanners.
