Visual Description: The device is a compact, rectangular speaker with two prominent circular speaker grilles on the front. A rotary volume dial is located on the top right. The rear panel houses various ports and control buttons.

Quick start guide

To get started, switch the ON/OFF button to ON.

For Bluetooth:

1. When you first turn on the speaker, it will enter Bluetooth search mode automatically.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your audio device, and select "JLPWS02" from the list.
3. Open your music app to play songs or audio.

For Aux-in:

1. Insert a 3.5mm cable into the Aux-in socket. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.
2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm cable to your device.
3. Open your music app to play songs or audio.

Note: When the speaker is not in use for a long period, it is recommended that you switch the main button to OFF.

Mode indicator

Volume control

Rotate the volume dial to increase or decrease the volume. The speaker will beep when it reaches maximum volume.

Bluetooth pairing

In pairing mode, the LED indicator will flash blue to indicate that it is searching for previously paired devices or is available for new connections. Enable Bluetooth on your audio device and select “JLPWS02” from the list. The LED indicator will show as solid blue once it has connected.

Press and hold [7] for 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection.

Hands-free phone calls

The unit allows you to take hands-free calls. Press the [10] "receive call" button to answer a call, or the [9] "end call" button to decline it.

Battery indicator LED and battery charging

The battery indicator LED shows the battery level. Double-click the power button [2] to view the display. The indicator will turn off automatically after 30 seconds. A warning will sound when the battery is low.

When the battery is low, please recharge your speaker.

Charge an external device

This speaker is equipped with a USB 5V/1A output [5] to charge external devices. Charge your mobile phone or another device by connecting via a corresponding USB cable.

Aux playback mode

Insert a 3.5mm cable into the Aux-in socket [4]. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.

Power saving

This feature ensures the lowest possible energy use to protect the internal battery. The speaker switches to power-saving mode when it has been idle for more than 15 minutes. Press the volume button [11] once to wake the speaker.

Care instructions

• Use a dry cloth to clean the speaker.
• Do not expose the speaker to extremely high or low temperatures. This may damage the internal circuitry and the rechargeable battery.
• Do not use alcohol, benzine, or thinners to clean the cabinet.
• Do not use or leave the speaker in a car.
• Do not use the speaker in a sauna.

Troubleshooting

If you experience problems with your speaker, try these tips:

• Ensure the speaker is switched on [2].
• Check the status indicators [14].
• Ensure that your mobile device supports Bluetooth technology.
• Charge the battery [12].
• Increase the volume of your speaker, device, and music app.
• Move your device closer to the speaker and away from any interference or obstruction.
• Try connecting another device.
