Important Safeguards
- Do not immerse the main body in water or rinse under the tap due to electronic and heating elements.
- Avoid liquid entering the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit.
- Keep all food in cooking trays or accessories to avoid contact with heating elements.
- Do not cover the air inlet or outlet during operation.
- Do not fill cooking trays with oil, as it may cause a fire hazard.
- Do not touch the inside of the appliance while in operation.
- Check if the appliance voltage matches local mains voltage.
- Never let the power cord hang over the edge of a counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Keep the appliance and power cord out of reach of children.
- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials (e.g., tablecloth, curtain).
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances; maintain at least 10cm free space around it.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
- Use the appliance only as described in this manual.
- Hot steam is released through air outlet openings during operation. Keep hands and face at a safe distance.
- Be careful of hot steam and air when removing trays or accessories.
- If dark smoke appears, immediately unplug the appliance and wait for smoke to stop before removing accessories.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a horizontal, even, and stable surface.
- Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience/knowledge, unless supervised.
- If the supply cord is damaged, contact customer service.

Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this high-quality air fryer. It allows you to cook a wide assortment of food in a healthier manner, with little or no oil. Using high-speed air circulation, it prepares dishes quickly and easily by heating ingredients from all sides.
General Description
The appliance consists of the following parts:
- A: Top Cover
- B: Control Panel
- C: Inner Housing
- D: Divider (removable)
- E: Viewing Door
- F: Air Outlet
The control panel features a digital display showing time and temperature (e.g., 88:88 88:88). It includes:
- Temperature adjustment: '+' and '-' buttons (labeled A and G on the panel diagram)
- Timer adjustment: '+' and '-' buttons (labeled F on the panel diagram)
- Preset function buttons: Fries (B), Drumsticks (C), Steak (I), Cake (E), Shrimps (G), Fish (R), Pizza (Q), Vegetable (O)
- Other functions: Start/Pause (H), ON/OFF (J), Lamp 1 (T), Lamp 2 (L), Dehydrate (M), Dual Cook (N), Sync Finish (P), Zone 1 (S), Zone 2 (K), Rotisserie (U)
Note: The lamp buttons (?) can be used to light up Zone 1 or Zone 2. The lamps automatically turn off in 3 minutes or can be turned off manually.

Before First Use
- Remove all packing materials and labels (except the rating label).
- Clean cooking trays and accessories with hot water and mild detergent using a non-abrasive sponge. Note: The accessories are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the appliance interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
Preparing for Use
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
- Do not fill cooking trays with oil or any other liquid.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance that obstructs airflow and affects the air-frying result.
Using the Appliance
- Preparation: Open the door. Add ingredients into the cooking trays or secure them onto the rotisserie spit. Insert accessories as required. Close the door. Plug into an earthed wall socket. Note: Appliance surfaces become very hot during cooking.
- Power On: Plug in; the appliance beeps, and the power button ? illuminates red. The appliance is in standby mode.
- Zone Settings:
- Zone 1 or Zone 2 working individually: Press ?, then press 1 or 2 to select the cooking function. Adjust time and temperature freely using the Timer and Temperature +/- buttons.
- Zone 1 and Zone 2 working together (Dual Cook/Sync Finish): Press ?, then press 1 to select the cooking function for Zone 1 and adjust time/temperature. Then, press 2 to select the cooking function for Zone 2 and adjust time/temperature.
After finishing settings, press ▶️/⏸️ to start cooking. Each function has default time and temperature settings, which can be adjusted.
- Temperature & Time Adjustment: The temperature control range is 50-200°C, adjusting by 10°C per tap. The time adjustment range is 1-60 minutes, adjusting by 1 minute per tap. The display flashes during setting and completes after 3 flashes.
- Start/Pause: After selecting function, time, and temperature, press ▶️/⏸️. The appliance starts cooking. Press ▶️/⏸️ again to pause. Press ? to stop and return to standby. Trays can be removed during cooking; the appliance pauses automatically. Once trays are replaced and the door closed, cooking resumes.
- Rotisserie Function: Press the ? button to activate or cancel the rotisserie function. This function only works in DUAL COOK mode.
- End of Program: Heating elements stop. An acoustic signal sounds. The motor runs for 1 minute for cool-down. The appliance then enters standby mode.
Sync Finish and Dual Cook
Sync Finish: Use when cooking two types of food with different functions, temperatures, or cooking times. It synchronizes the finish times so both zones are ready simultaneously. Program Zone 1, then Zone 2, then press SYNC FINISH and ▶️/⏸️ to start.
Dual Cook: Use when cooking the same food with the same cooking function, temperature, and time setting in both zones. Press DUAL COOK, place ingredients, select the desired cooking function, and press ▶️/⏸️ to start.

Caution: Do not touch the cooking trays or other accessories during and within 30 minutes after use, as they get very hot. Only hold them using the handle or oven mitts.
How to Use the Rotisserie Set
Rotisserie Spit with Forks:
- First, assemble the rotisserie set together with food. Place the food on the rotisserie spit, ensuring the spit goes through the center of the food.
- Attach the rotisserie forks (prongs facing inward) to the rotisserie spit, ensuring the food is secured. Then, tighten the thumbscrews clockwise to secure the forks in place.
- Note: If cooking poultry, bind wings or legs with string to prevent obstruction. Cut off fat or loose trimmings before placing on the rotisserie. Ensure roast or chicken is not too large to rotate freely.
- Use the rotisserie handle to lift the spit. Place the rotisserie set secured with food into the appliance. Insert the right side of the spit into the drive socket on the left wall, then the left side onto the support on the right wall.
- It is recommended to use the baking tray as a crumb tray at the bottom to avoid splashing or dripping. Aluminium foil can be used for easier cleaning.
Operation Steps
- Plug into an earthed wall socket, ensuring the appliance is on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
- Add ingredients into the cooking trays.
- Put the cooking trays in the right position; choose the desired function from the menu and press the start/pause button ▶️/⏸️ to start cooking.
- The screen displays the set temperature and the remaining cooking time. The selected function flashes.
- Some ingredients require flipping halfway through cooking. To flip, take the cooking trays out, flip the ingredients, and put the trays back in.
- When an acoustic signal sounds, the set time is over. Take the cooking trays out and place them on a heat-resistant surface.
- Check whether the food is ready. If not, push the trays back into the appliance and cook for extra minutes using the same function.
- Remove the cooked food onto a plate or serving dish.
- Tip: For large or fragile ingredients, use tongs to lift them out.
- When a batch of food is ready, the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch.
- Note: During the first use, light smoke or odor may appear; this is normal and will disappear. Ensure sufficient ventilation around the appliance.
Settings
Note: Settings are for reference only. Results vary based on ingredient origin, size, shape, and brand.
The Rapid Air Technology instantly reheats the air inside the appliance; briefly removing trays during hot air frying minimally interferes with the cooking process.
Cooking Tips
- The appliance and its parts become hot during cooking.
- Do not overfill the cooking trays with ingredients.
Using Oil
Adding a small amount of oil to food can make them crispier. Oil sprays are good for applying small amounts of oil evenly.
Food Tips
- You can air fry frozen food that can be cooked in an oven.
- To make cakes, hand-pies, or any foods with filling or batter, place foods in a heat-safe container and put it onto the cooking tray.
- Pat dry food with marinade or sauces before adding to the cooking trays.
Cleaning
- Clean the appliance after every use.
- The baking trays and the inside of the appliance have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage the coating.
- Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down. Note: Remove the cooking trays to let the appliance cool down more quickly.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the cooking trays with hot water, some washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge. You can use some washing-up liquid to remove any remaining dirt. Note: The cooking trays are dishwasher safe.
- Tip: If any dirt is stuck to the cooking trays or other accessories, soak them in hot water with some washing-up liquid for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
- Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water using a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the heating elements with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
Storage
- Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
