How to Reset Alcatel OT-208

Sometimes our phones freeze, start to run slow, or just start acting down right weird. By resetting the device it will shut down, reboot, and (if wanted) will go back to factory settings where you can start over and avoid freezing and slow phones.

Step 1 — Resetting Your Phone

Press and hold the pound key (#) and the power key at the same time.

Step 2

A screen will pop up and say "All data will be lost, continue?"

If you do not have your contacts or any important information backed up, make sure you back it up somehow before continuing.

Step 3

Another screen will pop up and say "Formatting flash, please wait".

The device will restart by itself when it is done resetting.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
