Please read these instructions and safety information carefully before use. These instructions are part of the product and contain important details for safe and correct usage. Use the product only in perfect condition and for the specified area of use. Keep all packaging, including this leaflet, for future reference and when handing the product to another person.

Note: This medical device is intended for adults between the ages of 18 and 65 who can read, understand, and follow these instructions independently. A valid reason for use, as listed under Indications, must be present. This product is not intended for individuals excluded by the contraindications listed below.

Intended Purpose

Indications
Muscle and joint pain.
Contraindications
Please do not use this item or consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you:
- Have poor blood circulation or heart disease.
- Have diabetes.
- Have nerve damage or a sensory function disorder.
- Have rheumatoid arthritis.
- Are pregnant.
- Have menstrual cramps or irritable bowel syndrome.
- Have allergies to medicines or cosmetics.
Conditions for Non-Use
Do not use:
- Whilst sleeping.
- In combination with creams, lotions, or sprays applied to the skin.
- In combination with or near other sources of heat.
- On areas where redness, inflammation, skin cracks, bruising, or skin irritation is present.
- On body parts where warmth is not perceptible.
- For bedridden patients or patients prone to developing skin ulcers.
- On very thin clothing (e.g., pantyhose or underwear made of fine material) where the skin could be directly exposed to the heat patch.
- On thin or sensitive fabrics, as the adhesive may cause damage.
How to Use
- Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors or a knife) and remove the warming plaster.
- Carefully remove the protective film.
- Apply the patch from the outside to clothing or underwear over the painful area.
NEVER APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN! - After use, gradually remove the warming plaster and dispose of it.
Important Notes
- The warming plaster is activated by air. Open the sachet only just before use.
- The warming plaster will activate within one minute and warm up within 5 minutes after opening the sachet.
- For external use only.
- Each warming plaster is designed for a single application.
- Slight redness of the skin after use is normal. If redness persists for several hours, discontinue use until it has completely disappeared.
- Incorrect use can cause burns even at low temperatures. Follow instructions and check the application site regularly.
- Never apply directly to the skin!
- Allow air to circulate over the warming plaster and do not apply pressure (e.g., by lying or sitting on it, or wearing tight-fitting clothing over it).
- Do not use for longer than 12 hours per day (in a 24-hour period) in the same place.
- If the warming plaster becomes uncomfortably hot or a skin rash develops, stop use immediately.
- Use with careful supervision for persons who cannot remove the product themselves (e.g., elderly or physically disabled individuals).
- If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.
- Do not use the warming plaster while sleeping.
- Do not use on any part of the body other than the back.
Product Restrictions
The product must not:
- Come into contact with water or other liquids.
- Be kneaded, cut, ripped, or folded.
- Be re-warmed.
Ingredients
Ingredients of the warming plaster: Iron, vermiculite, activated charcoal, sodium chloride, water.
The ingredients can be harmful if swallowed or come into direct contact with the skin or eyes:
- If contents have been swallowed, rinse mouth with water.
- If contents come into direct contact with the skin or eyes, immediately rinse with water.
- In both cases, seek immediate medical advice.
Storage and Minimum Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Use only until the best before date indicated on the sachet.
Disposal Instructions
- Dispose of with normal household waste.
- The product must not be incinerated.
Obligation to Notify
All serious incidents relating to the product must be reported immediately to the manufacturer and the competent authority.
