Alutherm Wi-Fi Electric Heater Quick Start Installation Guide
Product Overview
This guide provides quick start and installation information for the EUROM Alutherm Wi-Fi series of electric heaters, available in models 1000W, 1500W, 2000W, and 2500W. The heaters are available in white and black finishes.
The Alutherm Wi-Fi heaters can be controlled via a remote control or the EUROM Smart App. An optional Wi-Fi thermostat is also available.

Important Safety Warnings
⚠️ WARNING:
- Do not use this heater in small rooms occupied by persons unable to leave independently, unless constant supervision is provided.
- Keep textiles, curtains, and other flammable materials at least 1 meter (3.3 feet) away from the air outlet to reduce fire risk.
❗ CAUTION:
- Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Exercise particular caution when children or vulnerable persons are present.
⚠️ WARNING:
- Do not cover the heater to prevent overheating.
- Children under 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged 3-8 years may only switch the appliance on/off if it's correctly placed/installed and they are supervised or instructed on safe use and hazards. They must not plug in, regulate, clean, or perform user maintenance.
- Children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities may use the appliance if supervised or instructed on safe use and hazards. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must not be done by unsupervised children.
- Do not locate the heater immediately below a socket-outlet.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Install the heater so controls cannot be touched by a person in a bath or shower.
- Do not use this heater near a bath, shower, or swimming pool.
- Do not use if the heater has been dropped or shows visible signs of damage.
- When using freestanding with feet, place on a horizontal and stable surface.
- The device has overheating protection that automatically shuts it off. If overheating occurs, switch off, unplug, remove the source, let it cool, then resume use. If the source cannot be found or the problem persists, contact your supplier.
- The device has a tipping safeguard that automatically shuts it off if it tips over. It resumes normal function when upright. Before reusing, switch off, unplug, and check for damage. Do not use if damaged or malfunctioning; contact your supplier.
Disposal: This product should not be disposed of with household waste. Separate old batteries, accumulators, and lamps. Recycle responsibly to promote sustainable reuse of material resources. Contact the retailer for return and collection systems.
Installation
Mounting on Pedestals
Tools required: Measuring tape ?, Spirit level ?, Drill ?️, Screwdriver ?.
Step 1: Attach the pedestals (feet) to the heater.
Step 2: Position the heater on a horizontal and stable surface. Ensure clearances: 50 cm from sides, 100 cm height clearance, 30 cm clearance from walls/objects.
Wall Mounting
Step 1: Measure and mark mounting points on the wall. Recommended clearances: 30 cm from sides, 50 cm from the bottom, 150 cm height.
Step 2: Drill holes at the marked points (Position A). Specific hole distances for wall mounting:
- Alutherm 1000: 255 mm
- Alutherm 1500: 400 mm
- Alutherm 2000: 563 mm
- Alutherm 2500: 655 mm
Step 3: Attach the wall brackets to the wall.
Step 4: Hang the heater onto the attached wall brackets.
Step 5: Secure the heater to the brackets.
Temperature Sensor (Optional)
Step 1: Connect the temperature sensor to the heater.
Step 2: Place the sensor at least 2 meters away from the heater for accurate room temperature readings.
Operation

Plug the heater into a suitable power outlet.
Remote Control
The remote control requires 2x AAA batteries ?.

Wi-Fi Functions
Wi-Fi Reset: Press and hold specific buttons (as shown in diagram) for 5 seconds.
Wi-Fi Off: Press and hold specific buttons (as shown in diagram) for 5 seconds.
