Location of Controls
The headphones feature various controls and ports for operation. Refer to the following descriptions, which correspond to numbered parts on the headphone diagrams (Diagram 1: Front view, Diagram 2: Side view).
- 1. Volume Up / Next Track: Increases volume or skips to the next audio track.
- 2. Volume Down / Previous Track: Decreases volume or skips to the previous audio track.
- 3. Play / Pause / Phone Button: Controls music playback (play/pause) and phone calls (answer/end/reject/redial).
- 4. LED Indicator: Displays status such as power, charging, pairing, and connection.
- 5. Microphone: For hands-free calling.
- 6. USB Charging Port: For connecting the USB charging cable.
- 7. AUX IN Jack: For wired audio connection using a 3.5mm audio cable.
Power Supply
The unit is equipped with a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. It is recommended to fully charge the battery for approximately 2-3 hours before its first use.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the USB charging port (6) on the unit.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB port on a computer or a USB AC adapter (not included).
During charging, the LED indicator (4) will illuminate red. Once the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.
Note: When the battery power is low, the LED indicator (4) will flash red, and the unit will emit a "beep" sound every 30 seconds. Please recharge the battery promptly. To maintain battery autonomy, recharge the battery regularly if the unit is not used for more than 3 months.
Operating Bluetooth
Pairing a Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the unit is turned OFF. The Bluetooth headset is powered by a built-in battery, which must be fully charged before first use.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause/Phone button (3) for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator (4) flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates the unit is in pairing mode.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your device (e.g., mobile phone). Refer to your device's user manual for specific instructions.
- Select "M-278 BT" or "M-279 FB" from the list of available Bluetooth devices displayed on your device.
- If pairing is successful, the LED indicator (4) will flash blue slowly.
- If pairing is not successful, turn off the unit and repeat the steps above.
- Once paired, the unit will automatically connect to your device when it is turned on and Bluetooth is activated on your device.
Using a Bluetooth Device
Once connected via Bluetooth, the headphones can be used for music playback and calls:
- Press the Play/Pause/Phone button (3) to play or pause music.
- Press and hold the Volume Up button (1) to increase the volume.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button (2) to decrease the volume.
- Press the Volume Up button (1) to skip to the next track.
- Press the Volume Down button (2) to skip to the previous track.
- To answer an incoming call, press the Play/Pause/Phone button (3).
- To end a call, press the Play/Pause/Phone button (3).
- To reject an incoming call, press and hold the Play/Pause/Phone button (3) for approximately 2 seconds.
- To redial the last number, double press the Play/Pause/Phone button (3).
- To transfer the call between the headset and mobile phone, press and hold the Play/Pause/Phone button (3) for approximately 2 seconds during a call.
Using AUX Jack
The unit can be used with other audio devices by connecting a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN jack (7) on the unit and to the audio output jack on your audio device. The unit will automatically switch to AUX IN mode when the audio cable is plugged in, and the headphones will function as wired headphones.
Note: When the audio cable is plugged in, the Bluetooth function is automatically turned off, and the headphones will operate as wired headphones.
Troubleshooting Guide
No Power
- Ensure the unit is ON.
- Recharge the battery.
- If the unit is OFF, slide the ON/OFF button to the ON position.
No Sound
- Ensure the unit is ON.
- Ensure the volume is not set to minimum.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of the unit.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is paired with the unit.
- Ensure the audio cable is properly connected to the AUX IN jack (7) and to the audio output jack on your audio device.
The Bluetooth device cannot pair or connect to the unit.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is within 10 meters of the unit.
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is not connected to another Bluetooth device.
- Turn off the unit and turn it on again.

Warnings
The battery (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
Do not mix new and old batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
If the unit is not to be used for a long time, remove the battery.
The battery should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Do not expose the unit to moisture, rain, sand or excessive heat.
To clean the unit, use a soft dry cloth.
Never attempt to repair this unit yourself. Refer to a qualified technician.
Do not use volatile liquids such as benzene, thinner, or alcohol to clean the unit.
Do not drop the unit.
Do not use the unit in an extremely hot or cold environment.
Do not use the unit in a very dry environment, as this can lead to static discharge.
Your unit should not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should be placed on the unit.
Maintain minimum distances of 10 cm around the unit for sufficient ventilation.
Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the unit.
The use of apparatus is intended for tropical and/or moderate climates.
Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.
This product contains a built-in battery; it should not be disposed of with normal household waste.
Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
The product must be used in a moderate climate.
The rating plate is located at the bottom of the unit.
