Please keep your original packaging materials and receipt for service needs for your newly purchased Hisense Portable Air Conditioner or Dehumidifier.
Hisense USA Corporation warrants to the first end-user consumer purchaser that this Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Hisense will, at its sole discretion, provide a like-new or refurbished product of similar or better quality.
HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, contact Hisense using the methods below. Proof of purchase, such as an original bill of sale or receipted invoice with a legible purchase date, is required. Hisense will respond to warranty requests within a commercially reasonable time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Defects or repairs resulting from abusive operation, negligence, accident, shipment damages, improper delivery, setup, or installation; installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes; leaky, broken, or frozen pipes; restricted drains; inadequate air supply; negligence; shipment damages or damages caused by improper packaging.
- Use of the Product for purposes other than intended, as set forth in the user's manual or applicable Product documentation.
- Replacement of accessories, handles, glassware, consumables, or peripheral items required through normal use, including remote controls, filters, batteries, bulbs, and fuses.
- Cosmetic damage to the Product surface or exterior, including damage from normal wear and tear, improper shipping and handling, or the use of chemical cleaning agents.
- Defects or repairs required as a result of damage caused by external or environmental conditions, including incorrect voltage, voltage fluctuations or surges, liquid spillage, or acts of nature.
- Warranty claims for Products returned with altered, illegible, or missing model, factory serial number, or regulatory or safety markings.
- Products used for rental, business, or commercial purposes.
- Installation, consumer instruction, delivery, setup, adjustment, and/or programming charges.
- Products not installed in accordance with included installation instructions.
- Third-party accessories and/or add-ons.
No other entity is authorized to extend, enlarge, or transfer this warranty on behalf of Hisense.
Hisense disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This warranty is limited to the expressed term period. Hisense does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitations:
- Hisense shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, economic, exemplary, or indirect damages (including lost profits or damages for loss of use or data) arising from or in connection with the use, performance, or failure of the Product, even if Hisense is aware of the possibility of such damages.
- The remedies described herein constitute complete fulfillment of Hisense's obligations and responsibilities to the Purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
WARRANTY PERIODS
All warranty periods are calculated from the date of original purchase.
- Air Conditioners & Dehumidifiers: Two (2) years for parts and labor. Replacement Products and parts will have a warranty period that is the longer of (i) ninety (90) days or (ii) the remaining original warranty period.
- Accessories: Ninety (90) days for parts and labor.
This Warranty is valid only in the United States and Puerto Rico and applies only to Products sold/distributed and serviced in these regions.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, including warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, shall apply after the express warranty period. No other express warranty or guaranty given by any person, firm, or entity with respect to the Product shall be binding on Hisense. This warranty is the exclusive warranty for the Product, and Hisense is the exclusive warranty provider. Replacement is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Hisense shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use the Product. Consumer's recovery against Hisense shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product sold by Hisense. This warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original end-user consumer purchaser and is not transferable.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the limitations or exclusions stated above may not apply to Purchaser in those specific states. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty applies to the maximum extent not prohibited by law.
