GE Simon 3: Time Set Up Instructions

Setting the Time

The GE Simon 3 is a white home security alarm panel. At the top is a speaker grille. Below the speaker are several control buttons and a numerical keypad. The buttons are labeled: Doors & Motion, Windows Sensor, System Status, HOME SECURITY, Arm, Disarm, 1/2 3/4 5/6 7/8 9/0, CODE, Chime, Doors Motion, Time Sensor, On, Off, HOME CONTROL, Bypass, Lights, FIRE, POLICE, ALX, Test Weekly, EMERGENCY. The brand name "Simon" is visible at the bottom.

Follow these steps to set the time:

1. Open the panel (cover on the keypad).
2. Enter your Master code using the red numbered buttons.
3. Press the (Clock Set) button.
4. Press the (Hours) button to set the desired hour.
5. Press the (Minutes) button to set the desired minutes.
6. Press the Done button.
7. Close the panel.
