Safety Instructions and Warning

Please read all instructions carefully and keep them handy for setting up, using, and maintaining the W120-P. Any operation that goes against the following instructions may damage the device or cause injury.

The W120-P is not to be used by children. Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge may only use this device if they are supervised or have been given instruction about how to use it safely and understand what risks are involved.

Top View:

Features include: Water Tank Lid, LED Indicator (Blinking Red: Alarm; Blue: Normal/Fully Charged; Solid Red: Charging), Hand Grip, Safety Rope Hole, Power Cord Hole.

Bottom View:

Features include: Anti-falling Sensor, Velcro, Cleaning Pad, Wheel Belt, Spray Nozzle, Air Inlet, Air Outlet, LED Indicator (Blinking Red: Alarm; Blue: Normal/Fully charged; Solid Red: Charging).

Switch:

Buttons include: Auto/Manual Water Spraying Switch, Manual Spraying Button, Manual Move Up, Manual Move Left, Manual Move Right, Manual Move Down, Start Cleaning Button, Auto "Z" Cleaning Type, Auto "N" Cleaning Type, Auto "Z" and "N" Cleaning Type, Stop Cleaning, Pause/Resume.

Self-Water-Spraying System

Attention:

  1. The above settings and operations are for reference; Mamibot reserves the right to changes in settings and operations which are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. When using W120-P for the first time or after refilling the water tank, if the robot doesn't spray water under Auto-mode initially, please start W120-P, enter manual water spray mode, then hold and press the manual spraying button continuously on the remote to fill the water pipe until the nozzle sprays water, then you can enter the auto-mode again.

Installation

Charging

Plug the adapter into W120-P, connect the adapter, AC plug, and extension cable properly.

Charging Indicator: Solid Red: Charging; Blue: Fully charged after 1-2 hrs charging.

Cleaning Pad Attaching

Fill up the Water Tank

Open the water tank lid, fill up the water tank with clean water before starting it, then seal the lid.

Safety Rope Fixing

The safety rope must be tied to indoor fixtures tightly before use. Make sure the length of the safety rope is appropriate for cleaning.

Note:

  1. Please check the safety rope; make sure the rope is not damaged and the knot is not loose.
  2. Set a danger-warning area downstairs for no-balcony windows and doors before use.

To Use W120-P

Switch On/Off

Plug the W120-P into the power supply, hold and press the switch [power-symbol] on W120-P for about 2 seconds to turn it on, then place W120-P on the window glass.

Note: Hold and press the switch [power-symbol] for about 2 seconds again to turn it off.

Start W120-P

  1. Make sure the edge of W120-P is 8cm or further away from window frames or corners before cleaning.
  2. Press the “Start”/"N"/"Z"/"Z|N" button on the remote or App to start cleaning.

Stop/Pause/Resume

  1. When W120-P is cleaning, press the STOP button [stop-symbol] on the remote to stop it.
  2. When W120-P is cleaning, press the Pause button [pause-symbol] on the remote to pause it, and press it again to resume cleaning.

Users can also operate W120-P via the App.

Take W120-P Back After Cleaning

W120-P will return to its starting point automatically after cleaning is finished. There will be a beep reminder when cleaning is finished.

  1. Use the remote to move W120-P to a reachable location.
  2. Hold the hand grip and the safety rope, press the switch button on W120-P for 2 seconds, then take it off from the window.
  3. Clean the pads in time and dry them for future use.
  4. Empty the water tank if you are not going to use it for a long time.

APP Use

Scan the QR Code or search "iGLASSBOT" from the Apple Store or Google Play to download the App.

Android System: Requires Android 4.3 or later.

iOS System: Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

App Operation Steps:

  1. Open the App "iGLASSBOT" as shown in the figures.
  2. Turn the switch on of W120-P and place it onto the glass.
  3. Use the App to search W120-P; it will get the hotspot of W120-P.
  4. Tap the hotspot (e.g., "CleanRobot XXXX"); the App will be paired with W120-P, then enter the control panel of the App.
  5. Use the App to control the robot.

Please exit the App first if you are going to connect the robot with other devices.

Maintenance

  1. After each cleaning, wash the cleaning pads and dry them for future use.
  2. Clean the belt with a soft and damp cloth, then dry it.
  3. Wipe the air inlet regularly.

Note: Please replace the battery pack after 1 year of purchase. Please keep and provide your proof of purchase and S/N when making a claim.

Troubleshooting

Malfunction Possible Causes Solutions
W120-P gets slippery or works in irregular pattern. 1. Glass is too dirty or too wet.
2. Cleaning pad is too dirty or too wet.
1. Change cleaning pad.
2. Clean the driving wheels.
3. Use remote to restart it manually.
W120-P stops with blinking red indicator light. Insufficient suction power. 1. Check if the cleaning pad is attached properly; replace it correctly.
2. Check if there is any crack on the glass; avoid the crack when use.
3. Check if the frames have uneven areas/rubber parts; use the remote or App to operate W120-P manually and keep it away from the uneven area/rubber part when cleaning.
W120-P can't be started after switched on, or works in irregular pattern. Edge detection sensor abnormal. 1. Remove the cleaning pad and re-attach it, making sure it is placed exactly within its velcro area and does not cover the edge detection sensors.
2. Open the App on your phone, connect it with the robot, and find out if there are any RED indications on the corners of the App interface (Red indications on the App interface mean the edge sensor is malfunctioning).
3. Edge detection sensors failure; contact after-sales service.
Red indicator light blinks, buzzer beeps once per second. Improper connection of power supply. Check if the plug is connected well, or if the screws of the extension cables are screwed tightly.
Both red and blue indicator blinks. Hardware failure. Contact after-sales service.
Remote does not work. 1. No battery inside or battery has low power in the remote.
2. Remote is broken.
1. Replace the battery.
2. Replace the remote with a new one.
W120-P got stuck on glass frames. Edge detection misjudgment. Stop W120-P first, pull the robot lightly to a reachable location.
Both red and blue light on, no beeps. W120-P is not sticked properly on glass. Put W120-P onto glass manually, make sure it sticks properly.
The red indicators blink twice when use. Edge sensor detects frameless glass. It's normal if it is cleaning frameless glass. Not recommended for use on frameless glass.
Squeaky sound when use. 1. Glass is too dry or edge detection sensors are too dirty. 1. Spray a little water on the cleaning pads before use.
2. Clean the edge detection sensors and use again.
W120-P does not return to the starting point after cleaning. The friction index of glass is different. Use remote control to operate the device so as to return to a reachable location.
W120-P is spinning. 1. The glass is clean.
2. The window frame has cracks.
1. Please do not clean the cleaned glass.
2. W120-P is not suitable for cleaning the window glass that has cracks in the frame.
W120-P does not spray when use at first time or after refill the water tank. The water pipe is short of water at initial use. Enter manual mode, hold and press the manual spraying button [spray-symbol] on the remote to fill the water pipe until the nozzle sprays water, then use it normally.

If there are still problems with W120-P after taking the referred measures, please contact the service center for help.

By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. For more detailed information about recycling of this product, please contact your local council, your household waste disposal service, or the shop where you purchased the product.
