  • Do not bend the charging cable. Do not touch the cable or the device with wet hands.
  • This device is intended for household use only. Do not use it outdoors.
  • The device is not intended for use by children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, unless supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Do not place the device near heating elements. Protect it from moisture.
  • Before use, clear the floor of obstacles such as power cords, fragile items, or hanging curtains.
  • If using in areas with stairs, test the device's height recognition and potential fall hazards first.
  • Do not sit on or place objects on the robot vacuum; this may damage the device.
  • Do not place the device on elevated surfaces to prevent falls and damage.
  • Do not block the air intake channel.
  • Protect the device from sharp objects, abrasive materials, and other items that could cause damage.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures. Operate and store the device at normal temperatures between 0°C and +40°C.

Battery Recommendations (Li-pol/Li-ion)

Natural Battery Wear

Over time and with use, the battery (hereinafter referred to as 'AKB') will lose charge and capacity. After approximately 300 charge-discharge cycles (about one year of use), the battery capacity may decrease to 80% of its nominal capacity. After 400 cycles, it may decrease to 60%.

This gradual decrease in capacity within these limits is natural wear and not a defect.

Batteries lose charge even when stored separately from the device, with a self-discharge rate of about 5% per month. Batteries are inherently short-lived and degrade regardless of use. This degradation intensifies with higher temperatures and deviations from an optimal charge level (around 40%). Therefore, if the battery is not in use, it's advisable to keep its charge level between 40-50%.

The battery's charge/discharge capability is managed by its built-in controller. Avoid forced 'fast charging' with non-original chargers, as charge and discharge currents are limited.

The battery does not have a 'memory effect'. It can be discharged/charged from any level. Most devices have charge/discharge limits to prevent damage. The controller may prevent charging if the battery is already over 90% charged or prevent full discharge to avoid deep discharge damage.

If the battery remains discharged for two weeks or more, irreversible capacity loss will occur, leading to battery failure.

If the device battery was discharged and not used for a while, connect it to the charger for approximately 1-2 hours before resuming use.

Use Only the Original Charger

  1. Connect the charger to the device.
  2. Plug the charger into a power outlet.
  3. The battery indicator will flash until the battery is fully charged.
  4. The battery may warm up during charging, which is normal.

Attention: Ensure the charger is connected to the correct port. Otherwise, the device will not charge. Verify that the mains voltage and power match the charger's specifications.

Observe Temperature Requirements

Batteries should be stored fully charged at temperatures between +15°C and +35°C. Batteries do not tolerate prolonged operation at very high (above +50°C) or very low (below -30°C) ambient temperatures. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or place it near heat sources like electric heaters.

Do Not Disassemble, Incinerate, or Use Damaged Batteries

Never attempt to disassemble the battery or its cells; this must be done by qualified specialists. Puncturing or crushing cells can cause internal short circuits, leading to fire or explosion. If the battery casing is breached, water ingress can cause reactions releasing hydrogen and leading to fire. Damaged batteries release harmful substances.

If the battery malfunctions or becomes deformed (swollen, dented, etc.), immediately contact an authorized service center.

ATTENTION: Actual operating time may differ from stated. Batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and may require replacement over time (refer to the warranty card for limited battery warranty conditions). Battery life depends on the usage mode and settings.

Recommendations for Optimal Battery Operation

  • Disconnect the device from power before removing the battery.
  • Charge the battery at room temperature.
  • Immediately stop charging if the battery emits an unpleasant odor, overheats, or deforms, or if the battery compartment overheats or deforms.
  • Prevent battery contact with water and other liquids.
