- Keep packaging materials away from children to prevent suffocation.
- This product is intended for outdoor household use only. Do not use in vehicles or boats.
- Do not use indoors. This grill is designed exclusively for OUTDOOR USE in a well-ventilated area. Using it under any type of roof can lead to toxic fumes, such as carbon monoxide, accumulating and causing serious bodily injury or death.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children. Do not allow children to use, clean, or perform maintenance on the product.
- Ensure the product is properly assembled before use. Do not operate without side handles installed.
- Maintain a minimum clearance of 92 cm (3 feet) from the rear, sides, and top of the product to combustible walls, railings, or other structures to prevent property damage from flames or heat.
- Ensure the surface is level, stable, clean, and dry. Do not place the grill near the edge of the surface during operation.
- The product must be powered via a residual-current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA. Connect the product to a grounded power outlet.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of children under 8 years of age grabbing or becoming entangled in the cord, and to reduce the risk of people tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available and may be used if extreme care is exercised in their use.
- To prevent property damage or burns from flames or heat, always maintain a minimum safety distance of 30 cm (1 foot) from the pellet compartment during smoking. Small sparks may eject from the pellet compartment if the grill lid is lifted in windy conditions.
- To avoid burns, ALWAYS use the pellet scoop when adding pellets to the smoker compartment. Do NOT add pellets with your hands.
- To prevent burns or property damage, ensure the smoker compartment lid is fully closed so sparks cannot eject from inside.
- Pellets may continue to smolder after cooking time has ended. Do not touch or remove the smoker compartment until the grill has stopped smoking, the pellets have completely burned out, and the smoker compartment has cooled down.
- To prevent injury and burns, allow the product to cool before cleaning, disassembling, adding or removing parts, or storing it.
- Do NOT overfill the pellet compartment. Doing so allows oxygen into the compartment, causing combustion and flames that could damage the product and cause burns.
- Do NOT touch hot surfaces. Product surfaces get hot during and after operation. To prevent burns or injury, ALWAYS use insulated oven mitts or gloves and use the handles and knobs provided.
- Do NOT touch accessories during or immediately after cooking. The basket will reach high temperatures during cooking. Avoid touching the accessory when removing it from the product. Exercise extreme caution AT ALL TIMES when using the product to prevent burns or injury. Use of long-handled utensils and insulated oven mitts or gloves is recommended.
- ALWAYS ensure the grill is completely cool before unlatching and removing or moving the cooking plates to prevent burns or injury.
- Do NOT operate the product without the grill installed.
- To protect against electric shock, the cord and extension cord should be positioned so they do not hang from the countertop or tabletop where children could pull on them or trip over them. Keep the power-supply cord connection dry and do NOT immerse the cord, plugs, or main unit in water or other liquids.
- Regularly inspect the product and cord. Do NOT use the product if the cord or plug is damaged. If the product malfunctions or is damaged in any way, discontinue use immediately and call Customer Service.

- What should I do if my grill won't turn on?
- Check that the GFCI (RCD) outlet is properly plugged in and that the reset button has been pressed.
- Verify that the push switch is in the ON position.
- Ensure the selector is not in the OFF position.
If the product does not turn on after following the steps above, contact Customer Service at 0900 839 453.
- Should ingredients be added before or after preheating? For best results, allow the unit to preheat before adding ingredients.
- Should the entire smoker compartment be filled with pellets? Yes, always fill the smoker compartment to the top. The amount of pellets needed for each smoking session has been perfected. Regardless of the function used or the amount of food, the grill will burn them appropriately.
- When should I press the Woodfire Flavour Technology button? Press the Woodfire Flavour Technology button before pressing the Start button when you want to add a smoky flavor to food and are using the Grill, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, or Dehydrate functions. It is not necessary to press the Woodfire Flavour Technology button with the Smoker function. It is not recommended to use this technology with the Reheat function, as the food already has flavor.
- Why are sparks ejecting from the pellet compartment? Small sparks may eject from the pellet compartment if the grill lid is lifted when it is windy.
- Where should pellets be stored? Always store pellets in a dry place. Moisture in pellets can affect ignition and smoke flavor quality.
- Should any oil or non-stick sprays be used when smoking? No, oil or non-stick sprays are not recommended when smoking, as the smoke will not adhere as well to the food.
- How should burnt pellets be disposed of after a cooking cycle? Pellets may continue to smolder after the cooking time has ended. Do not touch or remove the smoker compartment until the grill has stopped smoking, the pellets have completely burned out, and the smoker compartment has cooled down. Then, remove the smoker compartment and safely dispose of the ash once it has cooled.
- Why is preheating taking so long? Preheating times can vary depending on the function being used and the grill's temperature.
Preheating Times by Function:
- GRILL function: HI (High) approx. 8–12 min | MED (Medium) 6–11 min | LO (Low) 5–9 min.
- AIR FRY, BAKE, and ROAST functions: 3 minutes.
- SMOKER, DEHYDRATE, and REHEAT: No preheating time.
- If Woodfire Flavour Technology is added, ignition time will add 2–4 minutes to preheating.
- Preheating times may be longer in adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain.
- If using an extension cord, ensure it is suitable for outdoor use. An unsuitable cord can cause overheating, melting, or voltage drop.
- Although preheating is strongly recommended for best results, you can skip this step by pressing and holding the START/STOP button for 3 seconds. "ADD FOOD" will illuminate. Add ingredients to the unit. When the lid is closed, cooking will begin, and the timer will count down.
- Can Woodfire Flavour Technology be turned off? If you have pressed the Woodfire Flavour Technology button and then pressed START, you can press the Woodfire Flavour Technology button again to deactivate it, provided the ignition cycle has not reached 75% (indicated on the progress bar). If pellets are actively burning and the grill has entered the preheating cycle, Woodfire Flavour Technology cannot be deactivated.
- Can more pellets be added during a cooking cycle? More pellets can be added during the SMOKER function once the first load of pellets has completely burned out. Press and hold the Woodfire Flavour Technology button for 4 seconds to ignite the new pellet load. For consecutive smoking sessions, refill the smoker compartment with the pellet scoop when half the pellets have burned. Do not refill more than twice. Do not reignite the same pellets.
