Hardware Reset

There are two methods for performing a hardware reset:

Method 1: Using House Power

1. Connect the doorbell to house power. [Diagram: Doorbell connected to a power adapter plugged into a wall outlet.]
2. Press and hold the reset button on the device for 9 seconds. The reset button is a small circular recess on the device. [Diagram: A finger pressing the small circular button on the doorbell.]

Method 2: Using USB Power

1. Connect the doorbell to a USB power source (5V 2A recommended) using a USB cable. [Diagram: Doorbell connected via USB cable to a USB power source.]
