Quick Start Guide

Connect

To connect your Raycon The Impact Earbuds:

Place the earbuds in their charging case.
Open the charging case.
On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings.
Select "The Impact Earbuds" from the list of available devices.
Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON on your device.

Find the Best Fit

Achieve optimal sound and comfort by selecting the correct ear tip size.

Included ear tip sizes: XS, S, M, L.
Attach the ear tip firmly to the earbud.
Insert the earbud into your ear, gently twisting for a secure fit.
Ensure a proper seal for best audio performance.

Control your earbuds with tap and hold gestures.

Tap (Both Earbuds): Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.

Double Tap (Left Earbud): Previous Track ⏪.

Double Tap (Right Earbud): Next Track ⏭️.

Hold [3s] (Left Earbud): Volume Down ?.

Hold [3s] (Right Earbud): Volume Up ?.

Hold [3s] (Right Earbud, alternative): ANC On/Off.

Hold [10s] (Right Earbud): Activate Voice Assistant.

Sound Profiles (Left Earbud - Hold [3s])
