Getting Started
Step 1: Put in Labels
- Open the paper bin cover by holding the switch handles and lifting the lid upwards.
- Load the paper onto the spool. Adjust the movable plate to secure the paper roll, ensuring it's fixed to avoid printing distortion.
- Ensure the sticker side of the paper faces down. Close the cover with some paper extending from the cutter.
- Turn on the device by pressing and holding the On/Off button until a green light appears.
Check paper loading in the paper bin:
The machine's detector is on the right; the paper needs to be placed on the far right.
For gap paper, install the paper shaft, move the baffle to clamp the paper roll, and ensure the paper can be detected. The printer indicator light should turn green.
Correct Paper Loading:
- Take the reel out, place the label roll next to the right side fence.
- Install the reel along the groove of the left baffle. Move the left baffle to the right to clamp the paper tightly and insert it into the machine.
- Ensure the sharp parts on both sides of the baffle face forward, and pay attention to the prompt that this side is facing upward on the right baffle.
Continuous Paper Installation:
- Pull the support bar directly out of the paper.
- Place the paper in, ensuring the print face is down.
Label printing side needs to be next to the print head for correct paper loading.
