LG QNED 4K Smart TV Quick Start Guide
This document provides instructions for setting up and mounting your LG QNED 4K Smart TV.
Supported Models
This guide applies to the following LG QNED TV models:
- 43QNED80*, 43QNED82*
- 50QNED80*, 50QNED82*, 50QNED85*
- 55QNED80*, 55QNED82*, 55QNED85*, 55QNED88*
- 65QNED80*, 65QNED82*, 65QNED85*
- 75QNED80*, 75QNED82*, 75QNED85*
- 86QNED80*, 86QNED85*

Stand Installation
Follow these steps to install the TV stand:
For 43/50/55" Models:
- Attach part 1 to the bottom of the TV using screws (M4 x L16).
- Attach part 2 to part 1 using screws (M4 x L16).
For 65/75/86" Models:
- Attach part 1 to the bottom of the TV using screws (M4 x L20).
- Attach part 2 to part 1 using screws (M4 x L20).
General Stand Assembly Steps:
The following diagrams illustrate the general process for assembling and attaching the stand. Ensure you use the correct screws for your model size.
Step 1: Prepare the stand components and the TV. Lay the TV screen down on a soft surface.
Step 2: Attach the first stand piece to the TV base.
Step 3: Secure the stand with the provided screws. Ensure all screws are tightened appropriately.
Step 4: Carefully lift the TV and place it on a stable surface.
Step 5: For some models, you may need to attach a second stand piece for stability.
Step 6: Ensure the TV is stable and upright before proceeding.
Wall Mounting
For wall mounting, ensure you use the appropriate wall mount bracket and follow these guidelines:
For 43/50/55" Models:
Use wall mount bracket WB24GCB or MSW240. The VESA mounting pattern is 300 x 300 mm (11.8 x 11.8 inches).
For 65/75/86" Models:
Use wall mount bracket WB24GDB or WB24GCB. The VESA mounting patterns are 300 x 300 mm (11.8 x 11.8 inches) or 400 x 300 mm (15.7 x 11.8 inches) or 600 x 400 mm (23.6 x 15.7 inches).
Important:
- Ensure the wall is strong enough to support the TV's weight.
- Use the correct screws for your wall type and mount.
- Refer to the wall mount manufacturer's instructions for detailed installation.
Wall Mount Screw Information:
- For 43/50/55" models: M6 screws are used with brackets like WB24GCB and MSW240.
- For 65/75/86" models: M6 or M8 screws are used with brackets like WB24GDB and WB24GCB.
Wall Mount Dimensions:
The distance from the back of the TV to the wall should be at least 1.5 m (59.0 inches) for proper ventilation.
Mounting Angle:
The TV can be tilted from 0 to 15 degrees.

VESA Mounting Compatibility:
The VESA mounting hole patterns are as follows:
- 43/50/55" models: 200 x 200 mm (7.8 x 7.8 inches) using M6 screws.
- 50/55" models: 300 x 300 mm (11.8 x 11.8 inches) using M6 screws.
- 65/75/86" models: 300 x 300 mm (11.8 x 11.8 inches) or 400 x 300 mm (15.7 x 11.8 inches) or 600 x 400 mm (23.6 x 15.7 inches) using M8 screws.
Note on Wall Mount Brackets:
Commonly used brackets include LSW240B, MSW240, WB24GCB, and WB24GDB.
Mounting Clearance:
Ensure a minimum clearance of 10 cm (4 inches) around the TV for ventilation.
Mounting Tilt:
The TV can be tilted between 0 and 15 degrees.
