This GRILLSKÄR charcoal barbecue is designed for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Always operate on a stable, level surface away from flammable items and structures (minimum 1 meter). Keep children and pets away. Never use indoors or in enclosed spaces due to the risk of toxic fumes and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Usage Instructions
Lighting the Barbecue: Open the hood, place an even layer of charcoal (4-5 cm deep) in the tray, apply lighting gel carefully, and light with a long taper or match. Wait for flames to die down and coals to glow red (at least 30-40 minutes) before cooking.
Food Safety: Always wash hands before and after handling raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked food. Ensure meat is cooked thoroughly. Clean grill surfaces and utensils after use.
End of Cooking Session: Clean the barbecue with a damp cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive materials.
Care and Maintenance
Clean the barbecue regularly between uses and after extended storage. Ensure the barbecue is cool before cleaning. Never douse hot surfaces with water. Store in a shed or garage to protect from weather. Cover when left outside for extended periods, especially during winter. Remove all ash and charcoal before storing.
